Inn at Schoolhouse Creek

Sweet little room with a fire place and the bottle of wine was a very nice touch.

It was such a delight to find a pet friendly location at a reasonable price point. The Inn at Schoolhouse Creek really exceeded our expectations. The welcome kit for our pups was so cute and a really nice touch. We stayed in the water tower room, the additional privacy of the gated yard and a private hot tub were was perfect, and the view from the deck was amazing (particularly at sunset). The gated yard especially was good for our senior pup, he had a closed in place to wander (where we could keep an eye on him) while we relaxed in the hot tub. The staff were welcoming and friendly, a special shout out to Dillion and Beauford. The room was clean and comfortable. We hope to come back soon!

Mit Aussicht zum Meer und kleiner Terrasse auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück mit vielen Pflanzen und Blumen; nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von der nächsten Stadt entfernt. Die Einrichtung war hell, modern und einladend mit einem kleinen Wein als Willkommensgeschenk.

Die Wände waren sehr dünn, sodass man alles auf dem Nachbarzimmer hören konnte. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist relativ schwach, was vermutlich dazu dient Wasser zu sparen; jedoch war es auch leider nur lauwarm.

Property was beautiful

The problem was that when we got into the room, the temperature was 98 degrees inside, it was extremely hot and very uncomfortable, had to call the number provided to turn the chimenea off, instructions were not clear, had to leave the front door open for about an hour to cool off, we finally had to open the window by the tub to get all that hot air out.

Great location in a pretty setting. We loved our stay. Thankyou 😀

Although not set up for ‘cooking’ there was a microwave but no plates, bowls, cutlery. Having said that the guy in the office was lovely and provided us with some paper plates and plastic cutlery. Very friendly.

Bed. Quiet.
