Lodge on the River

The property has potential but my experience was poor. When I arrived my room had not been cleaned. The manager, who tried very hard to make things right, came and changed bedding and cleaned the bathroom but the floors and other areas were still dirty. The bathtub faucet dripped and the bed was extremely squeaky. I left a day early. Upon leaving I asked for a refund for the night I would not be staying which they indicated they would do through Expedia but did not.

As soon as we arrived crackheads were asking us for cigarettes and i was with my 3 kids. I was supposed to check in at 3 waited untill 430 before i got handed my room key. Then they handed another individual the same room number key card. My buddy got put into a room that had someone sleeping in there bed. We left and didnt stay here i did recive my refund but not all of it im still currently waiting for my deposit to get cleared. The 2 ladies in the front are really trying to do what they can so i dont blame them for there lack of resources and training . The owner should be fined and that hotel should be shut down period. DONT STAY HERE

No blankets, no covers, bug found in my bed. Opened toilet to FILTH. No remote. Check in at 3 but I had to sit and wait until 6pm only to checked into this disgusting hotel: I immediately requested my $$ back and refused to stay. Never going back and want my money back.

I showed up in order to stay one night with my family. I was told my room was not ready and due to that I was upgraded to a suite after waiting two hours I was told to come back in an hour after three hours. I was told that my room would not be ready and they had no rooms available That I needed to find another hotel. The staff is poorly professional. The housekeeping looks like they are on drugs. I had somebody tell me they were waiting eight hours for blankets to be put in their room. That place definitely is not family friendly.

Check in is at 3pm, but there was a sign on the front lobby door, saying, we cant check in until 4pm. After checking in after 4pm, the rooms still werent cleaned and ready. Several people had to wait for there room while they cleaned it. There's no remote for the tv, and after asking for a remote, them telling me that room sevice will drop it off, never came. Another person tried to open my hotel room door because the front desk apparently double booked the same room for two different parties. Theres a $100 deposit, and you have to hold onto the receipt and turn it in to the front lobby to get your deposit back.

Was so bad and would not offer money back or cancellation even a week prior to stay date

Best deal in Bullhead City... Nice place near everything. They have river view suites and a pool. What's not to like? Really nice.

We arrived to check in at 5pm on a Saturday. The entire staff, went to pick up lunch, so we had to wait for them to get back. The entire staff. One could have stayed and kept the office open. We had no towels in our room. The queen sized bed that was advertised in our room, was actually a double bed on a queen size frame. There were rings in the toilet and it was overall, not clean. Went back to the office to get towels and it was closed, again. The coffee mentioned, did not have sugar or cream. Once again, in the morning, went l check out, and the office was closed. There is no continental breakfast, office was not open. Shocking. There was no garbage bin in the room.

5:00 woke up to the entire room flooded with raw sewage and all of our belongings soaked. I call office and walked to the actual lobby door twice and no one answered. I called later in the day for a refund. We will see if I get a credit. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

There was a really loud noise that lasted a few hours and I still don’t know what it was.
