Chateau Avalon

Alice at the front desk was amazing! When I reserved our room, I didn't realize that there was a staircase leading to the bed. My husband can't do stairs. Not only did Alice find another room available, she found 2, and actually took us to both rooms to look at them! We chose the Hemingway room, beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Thank you, Alice, for making our stay comfortable, relaxing and safe! Thank you to all tge staff, we come often for quick getaways, and we always have a great experience!

The first night I stayed in the Roman room. There was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor and sink. The housekeeper left her cleaning rag on the shower chair in the bathroom. Also, there was something smeared on the toilet seat almost like an ointment...The second night we stayed in a different room and it was much cleaner.

Perfect hotel close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed our room with a jet tub.

Our first day in the room the Hot water faucet barley had any hot water coming out we reported this on Friday and as of Sunday nothing was done to fix this problem, we requested another room there were no issues with this room. They did not offer us any concessions for this issue. Disappointed in the overall service. Patrick

We had an amazing time! The beds could be a little more comfortable, but overall the d stay was great. We definitely will be returning and trying other rooms.

Spa was closed and didn’t get our mimosas like we wanted but was nice and quiet

The staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Located very close to the speedway and a large casino. Overall, Very nice venue.

This is a beautiful place to come and have a relaxing stay with a Jacuzzi tub and a beautiful ambience within the room with their themed experiences!
