Wonderful stay with a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

Clean and comfortable. Great location to night life in town and great location for visiting towns in the area. 30 minutes from several towns with boutique’s and antiques. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

We stayed in the Katy Tower. Words can not express how beautiful the room was in person. The attention to detail was superb, the sheets were incredibly soft, and the bed was comfortable! Breakfast was delicious, and Tiffany's personal touches made us feel comfortable and welcomed. If I could give all the stars, I would! I highly recommend staying here to everyone!

A real southern jewel! I’m compelled to write a review because this B&B is world class. From the charming and accommodating hosts, Tiffany & Shelby to the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had at a B&B. The rooms are magazine worthy and the beds are one of the best sleeps ever. So my eternal thanks for such a exquisite stay!

We had a delightful stay at Katy House Bed & Breakfast. The B&B exceeded our expectations in a small town. The home is lovely and well appointed, yet comfortable. Shelby was a gracious hostess, along with Tiffany and Joe. Our rooms were spacious and the gourmet breakfast delicious! Also, their evening restaurant recommendation was superb. Our girl's Texas backroad trip was a memorable weekend. We walked into the Katy House as guests and walked out as friends. It was more than amazing and without a doubt, this is a place I'd stay again and recommend to others.

Tiffany and her staff make a diligent effort to be helpful and friendly to the guests at Katy House. The price of my stay was comparable to staying at the Hampton Inn in Bastrop. Obviously the accommodations at the Katy House AS WELL AS THE SOUTHERN BREAKFAST are FAR superior to any chain hotel. I have stayed at a number of the other local hotels in Bastrop and the Katy House is my absolute favorite. You will not be disappointed!

This is our 1st Bed and Breakfast experience and we loved it. Tiffany greeted us with a great big smile and showed us where everything was such as fresh baked cookies, coffee and tea area, family board games and magazines. She offered us fresh cool wet towels with eucalyptus due to the heat outside which I thought was a nice gesture. She gave us recommendations of places that were opened to eat. Honey’s pizza was delicious and walking distance. My husband and I really loved her hospitality. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. We sat as a family with others in a big table of 10 where we got to meet and greet others and shared our stay. There was WiFi available and smart tv. Front of the house had rocking chairs and swing bench to enjoy a peaceful morning, afternoon or evening. Antique shops are in walking distance which we enjoyed walking in the evening. Overall a great, quiet getaway. We really loved it and will definitely stay again!
