Getting into the propery was bery confusing

For $350 a night there should have been at the very least a comfort package with soap, coffee, towels, washcloths if you aren’t making the bed or vacuuming. Covid is over. Hire folks for room service. We have stayed at less expensive places and we got our bed made and fresh amenities Had to call 3 days each night /morning to get coffee, towels. You could have left them at the door at least without us having to call. Sorry big fail. We booked it through booking.com. Never saw anything in paperwork. At very least told us at checkin that you do nothing for $350 a night. Diane and Steve Kerkhoff

Location for our needs was great. Brunch on Sunday morning was delicious but wait staff was small and slow. Service below average. Rooms were fine. Old and classic. Romantic, but certainly antiquated with a phone that didn't work and lamps / lights that didn't all work.

There was not enough outlets, and there was not a mini fridge in the room

location is good; rooms were large

towels are too small (not enough), shower head is too large; bed too tall and lumpy.
