Good front office staff, good location very nice looking restaurant.

My sister and I took my daughter to do a college tour. As we did not get to experience the hotel because we were away all day, we decided to at least have a drink at the bar after a long day The bar closing time was 10:30 PM We got there at 9 PM and we’re told that the bar is closed as no guests were there on that day!! So I guess we do not count as guests! We requested them to just pour us two drinks( scotch) not even a cocktail I mean.. And we were told that they cannot do it They recommended us to go to a bar called The bench, after a long day and being a prize for this particular hotel, that was extremely disappointing. We had arranged to leave our bags after an early checkout ( 8.30 am) to go to our college tour The front office was not accessible and we had o wait for sometime before someone took our bags. Also, one of the sinks in the bathroom was blocked and we complained and nothing was done about it .

The are was beautiful and clean and had a lot of things to see and places to eat.

Someone around our room kept smoking so the smell would get into the room constantly. Would've liked to have a small fridge/microwave in the room.
