Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa

I stayed on Saturday night and the lady at reception was excellent. Very friendly, remembered my name and was very accomodating of my requests.

Loved everything, would stay again!!

Restaurant was very slow & saved me frozen food

Absolutely discussing establishment. Booked a table for one and confirmed. Then for some unknown reason they decided to cancel my booking. I can only think that they canceled because it was a table for one. A bunch of despicable people with there snobbish shot. I was planning family trip to stay there, but they loss me. Don’t go to snobbish places

The Pullman is marketed as a 5 star resort. Only the reception area really reflected that.

Firstly, the rooms. We were hugely disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of our room. The balcony had no view and wasn’t clean enough to be used anyway. For almost $500 per night, simply not acceptable. The pool and bar areas were dated and in need of some TLC.

Staff were friendly and attentive but clearly understaffed. Restaurant dinner and room service food was outstanding.

Our room was old needs to be repainted; bathroom had mould and needs to be regrouted. Lamp shade over kitchen table was dusty windows not clean. I was locked out of our room as when we checked in they had us checking out before our check out date. Appliances were old had to get kettle replaced and Wifi did not work very well.

Perfect location and fantastic pool area but the rest really needs upgrade. Room with overused furniture and equipment, walls with dirty marks, splintered doors, not working phone, not working ceiling fans in both bathrooms and so on. Food is average, cocktails from pool bar are not recognisable - the worst pina colada I ever had. The vibe is gone completely. It was our fourth visit since 2013 and defiantly the last.

We stayed in room 308, on the side away from pool and lovey and quiet. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed coffee and listening to the beach. Pool area beautiful and plenty of seating. Was great to have beach access and it is an easy 5 minute walk to the man strip which has cafes, bars and restaurants galore. We ate out every night and enjoyed coffee after a morning walk. Our room was functional and freshly painted and look fresh. The bed was so comfortable and room had everything for a weekend getaway.
