We had wonderful stay. The hotel manager arranged for us to have a Balinese Wedding Ceremony, which was a surprise for me as my 'husband' had pre arranged the details with the manager. It was a beautiful and special day. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to stay again.

As a base to explore Ubud and the surrounds it was great. They had a free shuttle service all around Ubud. Bedroom and bathroom fine, comfortable and spacious. No soap or hand towels in the bathroom but it had shampoo and conditioner. Lounge room a little small, no kettle for tea/coffee a bit disappointing, We missed this a lot. Pool and surrounds wonderful. Room service food was a bit disappointing. However, we would overlook these shortcomings and go again anyway. Our room was not entirely sound proof and heard door slams and yelling.

Hotel is older but has unbeatable charm and culture. Hotel grounds are filled with beautiful statues and ornate doors. It even has a wood-carving statues gallery and store. The staff is wonderful!! So warm and welcoming and accommodating. The shuttle is also a great benefit. We were bummed, though, that the massage/spa and meditation that were advertised were not available. Hotel was quiet and the grounds were beautiful.

Really nice place to stay, particularly given the price. Very close to Ubud and easy to get from Mas to every other part of Bali. The hotel is well-maintained and the restaurant has a good variety of food. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. It's also about as wheelchair accessible as you can find in Bali. Ask for room 201 or 202 if you're in a chair - you'll only have one small step to get in. The shower is essentially roll-in as well and the bathroom is huge.

It was a good experience. The resort was very well furnished with many statues and paintings that carry the cultural heritage being placed around in the whole resort. There was also a gallery of figurines for tourists to look around. The room was generally very clean and well decorated too, again with the batik paintings and rustic furniture that represented their balinese culture and heritage. The staff was very helpful too and their free shuttle service to ubud made it very easy for travellers to travel to and fro.

Lovely hotel with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The staff were very welcoming and helped me to find out about the area, recommending places to visit and helping me book some trips out. The hotel is a short distance from Ubud centre but they will run you in or pick you up whenever you need to go. Enjoyed some of the onsite craft activities and spa treatments too. I ended up staying here a few extra days and would have stayed longer had i not had to return home.

Very nice hotel n friendly staff. The room was too old, bed n toilet was not up to my standard. Beside that a lot mosquito, rooster gave us morning call in the early morning.

Great resort!! Sensational set-up, garden, pool, relaxing area. Wonderful and helpful staff.. The only thing that I would suggest to the management, to have some havy curtains in room 211, as the noise from the street prevented me from a good night sleep for 10 hights ...

Hotel is great for staying.Large, beautifull rooms.Great looby.Friendly.But not very if you are gonna surf and swim - because it's tooo far from ocean and main beaches and no shuttle-bus.And another minus is that we can't get anything from the menu except potato
