Location perfect for everything. Solid breakfast and great service with English speaking staff. Rooms ok with essentials but small and a little frayed

Hotel's position is good, very close to Nevsky Prospect, however it is quite expensive when you compare the Hotel's quality.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. The rooms are clean and tidy and serviced every day. The breakfast is exceptionally good, far more than anyone could wish for, and served over a long period. They also do a very good business lunch which is very reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for a better location in St. Petersburg. It is central to just about everything.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It is easily accessible from the Moscow station and close to all attractions in the Historical area. I would use it again.

This is my second stay. The location cannot be better - it's close to everything. The breakfast and the restaurant for dinner are excellent. The staff is very nice. The hotel itself is ok, there are minor issues - like pillows not being comfortable, the walls are very thin (you can hear your neighbours caugh) and the TV reception is not great. But overall it's very good - would recommend and would definitely stay again. The staff is very nice and very responsive, which is key.

Perfect location for seeing all the major St. Petersburg sights. Also convenient to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast will keep you going most of the day. And the hotel staff are super helpful and speak great English.

This hotel is just perfect for visiting St Petersburg. It is a few blocks from the Winter Palace, Russian Museum, and major shopping areas. The staff are super friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The rooms are small by American standards, but fine if you are used to European travel. Bathrooms are bigger than I had expected. Breakfast is large and assorted, so everyone can find something they will like. I stayed here 4 nights and when my trip to Moscow fell through, I extended my stay. You cannot find a better place at this price point!

Excellent central location, subway, nightlife, can park car for free overnight. Super breakfast for westeners. Room was cosy, good for one person. If more then one in the party, ask for a bigger room. Staff is very friendly.

A bargin, a great hotel couple of minutes walk from Hermitage. Its not the flashest or biggest hotel (sitting on toilet feet end up in shower) but if you are going to St Petersburg you are not going for a relaxing spa holiday you are going to be out and about in the city. Also lovely breakfast, free wi-fi and friendly helpful staff.
