Just come back from this hotel, we stayed in room 603 overlooking the pool, room was lovely but let down by the cleaners, we stayed for 12 nights and during that time our balcony was never swept or mopped and I had to clean the table myself, the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned either, beds were made and clean towels provided but as for cleanliness this was poor. We did have an issue in our room which was reported and fixed the same day by the maintenance team. Having read previous reviews regarding the food, I can honestly say everything we had was excellent the only downside it wasn't hot enough but the choices were amazing. Plenty of sunbeds so you don't need to get up at silly o clock to reserve a bed, even though there are always some that feel they have to do this. Entertainment programme is awful if your looking at going here and expecting a full Entertainment programme daytime and evening this isn't the place. Now to the truth regarding all inclusive, we met several couples who where half board and were able to get all their drinks and snacks and lunch at the hotel basically for free as no wrist bands are issued, I did make a complaint to the manager who basically brushed this off but didn't charge me for late checkout as a gesture of goodwill but when you arecpaying all inclusive prices this is not fair, the drinks are not great and are very weak. A big shout out to maneous the mature waiter outside he is a credit to the hotel and one amazing guy. I was informed by the manager the hotel is closing and being bought by another chain so next year no all inclusive will be available. Despite the issues I have mentioned the resort is beautifuland we would definitely return all in all we had a lovely holiday .

Had a great time wonderful @vasiaresortandspa I have Visited Crete before, the whole experience was stunning , but this time our cleaner ~Vjollca was the best ever, so efficient and engaging , always happy to take the time to give us information on some of stunning beaches and wonderful culture to be found on the Island 5🤩

Vasia hotel on arrival looked a bit dated. Nice spacious room with winding staircase. Food good salads,grill and fruit plenty. Must be picky if you can't find anything here. Swimming pools clean . Bar staff very pleasant. Drinks premium brands on all drinks. Entertainment only saw a few things ok. Loads of different people here not just english snd no sunbed wars. On doorstep of sissi went out few times. Amelias is a great greek night . Happy

A nice resort with free shuttle. Please be aware the rooms are somewhat different to the photos. We had 2 beds, a TV Coffee table in one and a double bed in the other. We understood this was an upgrade

We had a brilliant stay at Vasia Spa in Crete and would definitely recommend it for families. The pools were amazing – especially the kids’ slides – our children barely left the water! The kids club was a big hit too, giving them plenty to do and a chance to make new friends. Food was good with three meals a day, though the selection was a little small at times. Breakfast really stood out – absolutely excellent. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant (included once on a 10-day stay) which was delicious and felt like a treat. Rooms were very clean. Beds were okay – the singles a bit hard, the double a bit soft – but nothing that spoiled our stay. Drinks were great, with a nice selection of all-inclusive options, and I have to mention the Thea beer which was really enjoyable. The only letdown was the evening entertainment. The kids’ disco was just a speaker, though our 2-year-old loved it, and our 7-year-old still had fun, even getting up to do karaoke one night which was a proud moment. Overall, a lovely holiday with plenty for the kids, great pools, and good food. I’d rate it 4.8/5

Just arrived back from a 10 day holiday at the Vasia hotel and I wanted to share some true full reviews, we arrived at the hotel around lunchtime and were pleasantly surprised as we were greeted with a smile and offered lunch before it closed and we could finish checking in after which was nice as children were hungry, we paid the Greek tax and got the free safe key and headed by golf trolley up to our room which we were shocked by as was massive for our family of 4😀 We went down to the children’s pool with slides which was a great hit with our children and the pool bar was acceptable for drinks and snacks and yes the beer was watered down but who wants drunk adults at the pool! At tea time we went to the restaurant which was lovely but if I could moan about anything it would be that there is actually too much choice with the food that by the time you have walked around to see what there is your food is cold when you sit, children’s meals were the same each time but was ok The staff unfortunately didn’t make my holiday pleasant as I think they are trained to not smile and to take the plates away as quickly as possible which did feel rude to us Even when we passed them something like a cup etc it was snatched which did ruin this for us as was expecting a friendly hotel as I’ve been to 3 star hotels that are much more happy and helpful, Hotel does provide pack lunches for days out which is good and free pool towels and water in rooms refilled every day Pool and seating area by pool gets cleaned every day so overall a nice hotel just needs something done to make people feel that they want us there and we are sad to leave but on this occasion I have to say 10 days were enough for us which was a shame as Sissi us such a lovely place and please use the area shops etc as they are so helpful and welcoming x

Good location in Sisi, good quality rooms, food very good, drinks ok. Overall very good. Manager resolved issue with screaming young children in next room by allowing us to move to a different room which was much better.

On our first morning we were woken up at 6am by a family in the next room screaming and shouting and kids generally running riot for over an hour. Reported to reception and she referred to manager and we were able to moved rooms.

We arrived late around 23:30 local time, we were greeted with an ice tea and some food which was very welcome. We were escorted to our room by golf cart (which the kids loved), the next morning we explored the hotel and got settled in. The food was of a good standard, Breakfast included everything you would expect, fresh juices, pancakes, freshly cooked omelette/eggs, fresh pastries and barista coffee inside the restaurant ! (Someone mentioned they couldn’t get fresh coffee and only had milk in plastic pots which was in the sun all day!) I think they are talking about the coffee which is provided in the rooms, where obviously they can’t provide fresh milk! Lunch was a good selection of buffet style food in the restaurant and I would say better than average, if you don’t want to put a t shirt on and walk for two minutes to eat in the restaurant you can get a burger /chips/hotdog or sandwich at the snack bar these are cooked when they open but are not cooked to order. (If the staff had to cook each burger at the snack bar fresh to order the queue would be a mile long! And people would complain about waiting to long!) Also the ice cream at the snack bar was very nice and the kids loved it! Dinner was of a good standard with many options lots of fish and meats, lots of options for vegetarians etc also. Deserts were very nice and had lots of options to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and hard working, the drinks were the average all inclusive type thing but fine no issues. The rooms were clean, spacious but furniture was a bit dated and could probably do with updating, I would say there wasn’t quite enough clothes storage for the four of us but we do bring a lot of clothes so perhaps that’s just us? The swimming pools were clean and water slides were loads of fun, the best thing YOU DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR A SUNBED! There are enough for everyone we never had a problem getting beds! The grounds are extremely well maintained, it all looks very tidy and pretty! Entertainment was average at best. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard, with coffee tea water bottles replaced everyday.
