Vasia Resort & Spa

החדרים היו גדולים, נקיים ונעימים, בנוסף התמזל מזלנו ושודרגנו מחדר שינה אחד לשניים. הצוות אדיב, שירותי וחייכן, והמלון נקי ואסטתי. במלון יש מספר בריכות, בשעות האטרקטיביות היה רועש אך עמוס מדי, ואפילו לצד הבריכה עם מגלשת המים ורשת הכדור עף היה אפשר למצוא מיטות פנויות. הארוחות היו בסדר גמור, טעים ומגוון בסך הכל. כמה דקות הליכה מהמלון יש מפרץ קסום עם מים מושלמים, אבל שימו לב שאין שם צל בכלל או מקום מסודר לשבת, עדיין ממליצים בחום.

חדר הכושר (שהיה נראה נחמד) נפתח רק בשעה שבה מסתיימת ארוחת הבוקר (10:00) ונסגר בשש, מה שאומר שאי אפשר לעשות אימון לפני הארוחת בוקר או בסוף היום, ושיעורי היוגה והפילאטיס בכלל נמצאים במתחם אחר. לגבי הספא, כניסה לבריכות החמות אפילו ללא טיפול כרוכה בתשלום נוסף של 50 יורו שלטעמנו לא שיקף את רמתם. על החדר כמעט ואין תלונות חוץ משבדלת בשירוקלחת היו חריצים קטנים שיכולים להפריע לבני משפחה שקנאים לפרטיות שלהם.

Sehr schöne Anlage, gutes, abwechslungsreiches Essen (besonderer shoutout an den französischen Grillmeister!!). Überdurchschnittliches Gym für ein Hotel. Gerne wieder.

The hotel was a great place for our family vacation. We spent 8 days, and at first we planned for a half-board plan but after two meals and the pool bar service that exceeded expectations, we decided to upgrade to an all-inclusive plan. The food in the main restaurant was great, lots of options in every meal! The pools were very child friendly, with one small water slide and 4 medium water slides that were a great attraction for our kids (ages 4, 6 and 9). There were a few activities during the day and evening attractions that were also nice for the kids and ourselves, like the evening fire show and the kids dance in the club. The hotel is also 40 min from Heraklion, the aquarium and a big Waterpark, which we also visited. There's a market, car rental, beach and restaurants nearby.

The lighting in the room was really an issue. We could barely see what was in our suitcases. Apart from the water slides there aren't any other attractions to do with the kids in the hotel. The playground is really small, and the kids club is a complimentary service with their own staff. Our children don't speak English and were embarrassed to stay there without us, so we couldn't really use the space with them.

Lovely hotel. Really clean and tidy. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming special mention to esmirand who worked in the cotton club really nice and chatty. The food was really good lots of choices. Cons are not enough room around the sunbeds and definitely need more parasols especially so children have some shade. The entertainment what was on wasn't very good. Really enjoyed our holiday but we prefer a sandy beach nearby so we will be going back to stalis next year where we usually stay.

I love this place being here four times never had any problems til I was last their it’s like heaven their so beautiful but my last experience was my worst some lowlife stole my prescription sunglasses i immediately informed the the staff then spoke to and manager but their was no help saying it was my fault erm no…….. their were in a bag with stuff around it I’ll never be coming here again thank you for the memories vasia resort & spa

Second time visiting vasia , brought my family with me this time. Hotel room for myself was amazing. The hotel requires better quality entertainment in the day nothing going on for the children other than the water slides. At night the entertainment very basic, could do with just a bit more to do to make it a better experience. Staff amazing as always very kind and happy to help
