La posizione e lo staff molto cordiale

La pulizia delle piscine e il cibo erano pessimi.

מקום נחמד מאוד, חדרים גדולים מאוד אוכל מגוון , מספר רב של בריכות לא מרגישים צפיפות האזור של הנמל ליד מאוד חביב לקחנו חדר עם בריכה פרטית , לא השתמשנו בה היא היתה מוצלת לכן היתה קפואה כל היום מלון נחמד למשפחות

בעיות המקלחות , הגקוזי בחדר גרם להצפה מהביוב, מקלחת נוספת בחדר לא עבדה מקלחת שלשישית לא היתה עם מים חמים בלילה

We had a nice holiday but Tui rates this hotel as a 5 star. Jet 2 a 4.5 star and it is a 3 star. Rooms are of 3 star standard. Very old and run down. Balcony was small with a view of another building. Basic amenities. No hair conditioner etc had to bring own not what you expect in a 5 star hotel. It’s ok people saying in reviews expect a 4 star when you turn up but why should you when there are 5 stars outside the hotel lol. If it says it’s a 5 star you should be getting 5 * amenities. Food at the snack bar is served cold. They cook the burgers and chips and put them in bags at the back and just hand them Too you when your order. So nothing is cooked fresh at the snack bar. No fresh milk for coffees or tea etc they give you the little sealed pots that are left on the side on the heat all day. We brought our own fresh milk from the shop and made our own warm drinks but again not ideal. Cocktails are limited to 5 standard and not very nice cocktails. Sex on the beach type ones etc. I brought my own cans of cocktails from the shop and put them in fridge. Beer was really nice so that was a plus point! Staff were nice. Slide pool was great and kids loved it, but no life guards at the pool areas really. Sissi harbour is beautiful, nice sunsets and good food and settings! Buffet was standard. We ate out every night. Lunch and breakfast was fine, nothing amazing but fine. Kids had a great time and made some lovely friends. But like the other reviews have said. May as well book and pay for a 3 star as that’s what it is. We did have a nice time but don’t book if you want luxury or amazing food and drinks.

It’s good for families but I don’t recommend it for 2 people without kids.

Lovely hotel and facilities. Great advice from staff regarding where to go ie beaches, food great everyday!

Nous avons aimé le service, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté. Les buffets sont très bien garnis. La courte distance avec le centre-ville de Sisi

Les animations du soir sont perfectibles.
