The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. resturants were good kids area were closed may be for instruction but anywere it was written and announced before

Just arrived and the welcome and staf doesnt have a good behavior,not helpfull. The relax room not very cleaner excpet the bathroom. Not a good experience

This was our 5th trip to the Maldives and we chose this hotel as we were travelling with my family and two small grandkids 2 & 4 and wanted something close to Male - boat ride - we easy snorkeling for the kids. I have say this hotel was absolutely perfect. There is a lagoon which is shallow and calm and the kids and family enjoyed snorkeling about there. There was fish to see in the lagoon and the kids and us enjoyed being able to do that from the beach just outside our cottages. For a “more fish”experience we took the hotel snorkelling trip via boat to the reef by kurumba which was excellent. The hotel, rooms, food and staff were all first class. We took an all inclusive package and we all enjoyed everything that included. We particularly liked the little bar and restaurant located at the end of the lagoon which was perfect for lunch and sundowners too. The breakfast was fabulous and the meals in the Anchorage all excellent. We celebrated a special birthday in Sea salt and although the setting was lovely it was just ok. We also ate in the Thai restaurant which was just ok too. So if you take the all inclusive then you can’t really go wrong with the restaurants that are included in that package. Pool was lovely and we loved the Relax room where after check out you can leave your travelling clothes - enjoy the day - and then shower and change before you head to the airport for your flight home. The hotel was host to a variety of nationalities and age groups which made for a lovely relaxed atmosphere. All really lovely. Would give them a big thumbs up!!

In general the hotel is amazing. Room services is good, food is fine but can be better. Jamal in Anchorage Resturant was very friendly, welcoming and gave us best service. The waters NUR and shafeeq was very caring as well. Always there when needed.

From the start to finish our experience of this resort was 10/10. The staff are super friendly,polite,professional,attentive and nothing is too much trouble in fact they have a real customer comes first attitude. The service from Eyman, Yaish, Jerlyn, Amrit and Ottam ( just to mention a few) was excellent, friendly, warm and welcoming. The resort is clean and well maintained at all times. The food is excellent and the choice from the a la carte restaurants to the more casual beach bar and the buffet style dining is wonderful. Our stay was 9 nights and we were on All inclusive package and we ate in most of the resort’s restaurants. The quality of food is 10/10. The Island is a real paradise on earth with it’s beautiful nature, stunning beaches and the views. We can’t recommend this resort enough.

I chose this resort to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment I arrived until the very last day, everything was done with such care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth that I felt completely at home! Surrounded by amazing people and impeccable service. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the waiter Sanjeev, who truly made a difference during my stay. Sanjeev is, without a doubt, an outstanding professional!!! He knows every detail of the menu, masters all the drinks perfectly, and always serves with a genuine smile and kindness that truly touched my heart. Every meal attended by him was a memorable experience. He doesn’t just do his job; he does it with passion and excellence that turn every dining moment into something special. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to the entertainment team, especially Addy, whose energy, friendliness, and positive spirit light up the entire resort. Addy makes everyone feel part of the Sheraton family! Always attentive, cheerful, and making sure that every guest is having an amazing time. The activities and shows were absolutely incredible, full of joy and great vibes. I was deeply moved by all the thoughtful birthday surprises, the birthday cakes, the beautifully decorated bed with “Happy Birthday”, and every small gesture that made my celebration truly magical. Pros - the staff (all of them) are wonderful. From the bar staff to gardeners to the diving team. Special mention to the lovely Amrit. Great chats with him. Very attentive. Fab memory. Very kind. Also Aida at Feast. We loved her. Nishram and Susom too. They looked after us and made the stay special. The diving instructor girl from South Africa who had a place of birth in common with one of my friends. They talked about South African food for ages. It was fun. The all-inclusive is a must. Surprisingly the experiences were quite reasonable. Snorkelling with rays and beautiful fish was one of the best things I’ve ever done and I’m a non-swimmmer so you see all this using a life jacket and just dipping your head under. Go see the sunrise at the sunrise point. Stay on the beach till sunset. Cons - the DJ is far too loud especially at the Kahuni Hut at lunchtime. She was using this awful scratching method which just sounded like the speakers were broken. It was also the wrong type of music for the ambience of the island. Should be much more chilled. It was difficult to talk and the waiters could not hear our orders. The only other thing and this is a small thing. It may be worth putting some foam protection on the silver bars in the plunge pools. Floating around I nearly could my head a couple of times. And the gardens are out of this world.

The resort can be easily accessed from Male airport and the staff is very kind. The ladies from the Kids Club - Pam, Enuu and Diana - were great with my son who was very keen to go there.
