"Fun and beautiful!"

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Pools were clean and beautiful. Swim up bar was lots of fun with a great staff! Food was okay but not spectacular.

"Great stay"

Riu Palace was a great vacation. All the restaurants and buffets were amazing. The rooms were cleaned every day. The pool was amazing and pool staff kept your drinks full always. Beach was very clean. I would recommend this resort to everyone for a great experience.

"Lovely quiet retreat!"

This property is a little older but was extremely clean and not over crowded, but we were there in May, so not a busy travel time. The view is stunning and the pools and bars were great, we loved the Italian restaurant. The other 2 Riu resorts are accessible and the beach is nice, but you really can't swim there...huge waves. The restaurants were no reservations, but tricky to get a table, a little frustrating. we had amazing service at the steakhouse, buffet and Italian places, but unfriendly service at the Mexican restaurant and at Krystal. but the food was great. We would go back.

"Excellent Resort, Excellent Staff"

We stayed for a wedding May 2026. The resort was full, but we were able to get chairs at the pool without an issue. The food was excellent - Krystal, Japanese, Steakhouse were the best restaurants (in that order) however the buffet was also a great choice. Staff were always friendly, and lots of staff constantly cleaning. The rooms are a bit tired, but bed was comfortable and clean. Very good value for the money, will for sure stay again.
