You should Eliminate continental breakfast if you can not do it right. No milk out for cerial,old pastry and not much out

Off the charts for the price. We were so delighted that it was better than advertised. Will stay again!!!

There was a software glitch when I booked the room. I used points, the points were taken but the room didn't show on my profile. I called H.com and the rep was able to find it and got it on the site so I could see it. She also called the hotel and verified that they had my reservation. When I checked in, clerk said she didn't have my reservation printed. She looked me up and verified I had a room reserved. She put me in a room away from the normal workers staying there M-F. Other guests were quiet and no hotel traffic after 10 pm. The room was very clean and acceptable. I made the mistake of not turning the fan on to run continuously all night. I could hear road noise and train horns all night. That was my mistake and I was too tired to get up and deal with it. Safe, clean, comfortable, WiFi worked, water was hot in the morning. Great place for the night. Clerk recommended an amazing Mexican Restaurant near the hotel. The flavors of the food were all distinct and excellent.

Check-in was problematic. Key cards were coded incorrectly and failed to work on two ocassions. Linens were not changed during a five day stay nor were beds made daily. Water cups and coffee cups were not replenished during the stay. Noisy due to Location at traffic intersection.

This is not that good hotel. We didn't see nothing for breakfast. But they said they have breakfast. I never stay in that hotel. I will not recommend anybody to stay there. This a budget hotel but very limited amenities.

Very nice place for a reasonable price. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

This establishment occupies the site of my grandparents' former home, so it is always a pleasure to stay there. It is conveniently located, clean, well-appointed, and the price is always right. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice people, very helpful, clean room. Only down side to me was the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Febreeze took care of it 😁

I grew up here, This was our first Hotel some 30 years ago, Ive stayed here a 100 times since then. It is a little rundown, it is no frills but they have good tv, fridge and microwave, the room was clean but with some damage to the bathroom door and wall, which I could care less about. Dog Friendly and economical which is what needed. Staying in Hartselle, go to the Dari Delite and try the chicken fingers, they for a larger part invented the concept years before the chains did and they are still the best I've eaten.
