La ubicación, nos gustó el hecho de llegar cómodamente por lancha, las vistas desde le la habitación y sobre todo desde el restaurante panorámico. Los jardines y huerto bien cuidados. En general, a pesar de ser un hotel grande, nos sentimos muy bien.

Very nice hotel well located near the Nile Spacious and comfortable room. All staff listened to our requests. Many thanks to Madam Taysser for her efficiency in finding us a restaurant on our preference at the Mezza Rest. It perfectly matched our expectations.

Propreté lamentable, toilettes pas nettoyées, photos à disposition. Pas d’amenities dans SDB. j’ai été obligé de demander shower Cap, brosse à dent, j’ai demandé un Taxi pour aller au Sofitel Legend Old Cataract où j'avais une réservation. Distance 1km prix 30 usd, ramené à 15usd après discussion car j’ai une Carte Accor Platinum,et Accor Plus. PDJ très moyen qualitativement.

The property are old but clean and functions well. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. We are grateful of the upgrade. We really enjoyed the view.

The hotel is adequately managed, and the room size is fine, but the interior feels very outdated—closer to 20–30 years old. Staff training needs improvement. When we arrived early and waited in the lobby, we asked for water and were told there was no complimentary option and we would need to purchase it. For a property claiming five stars, that is not an acceptable response. In the room, two large 1‑liter bottles of water were provided, which was enough for us. However, when we asked if additional water would be available if needed, we were told no. Even though we didn’t require more, the refusal itself felt inhospitable. At $300 per night, a couple of extra bottles of water should not be a barrier to guest comfort. These interactions immediately left a negative impression and will likely make this my first and last Mövenpick experience. Additionally, the shower basin appears poorly designed. The floor is flat, so water pools instead of draining, leaving you standing in dirty water after showering. This issue was present in both rooms we stayed in. However, the landscaping is very nice, feels an oasis in the desserts. Also worth to mention is the 4-5 pm’s free chocolate bar is very nice. But most time we were outside and unable to enjoy. The Buffett breakfast is not in good quality and having large selections as properly five stars hotel. But the other two restaurants on the property are pretty good in quality. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet the expectations of a five‑star property

This is a very good hotel. We upgraded to the new building following reviews of the'classic' rooms on line but certainly the common parts of the older building and the lounge were pleasant enough. Grounds very well kept and ferry runs efficiently over to the west bank 24/7 at no extra cost. All staff encountered were friendly and efficient and rooms were clean. However, we had no idea of mini bar prices as no information left in room and a call to reception didn't help. All hotel services are on the hotel TV facility which can be cumbersome and lacking in detail. We tried the Lounge and Mezze restaurants and can recommend, particularly the latter. Would advise booking the Paragon well in advance as both were booked up (only 34 covers) fully during our brief stay. I hated the 'musak' by the pool and Lounge.

Really great hotel with great service and great food. Small misunderstanding on our reservation and a very talented young woman named Habibi sorted out the problem and moved us to room 401, corner room with two balconies one facing Nile, one facing the huge pool. She could not have been more helpful. Pool is huge and very nice with snack bar and drinks, Shuttle boat to hotel runs very 15 minutes but frankly I think it goes as needed. Breakfast and dinner buffet is as good as Buffett can be. I would definitely return and I am a very frequent international traveler f9r 40 years.

A big disappointment. I was in the old building, honestly some 3 stars hotel are better than this . Rooms are old & damaged , bathrooms moldy , breakfast is not good , there were old flowers in the vase that the water hasn’t been changed for days and it was rotted and smelly . Even the new building coffee shop food was very bad . The only positive part was the location and the big garden and the view but for the price really not worthy . If you stay go to the new building.. still not sure about the good quality.
