The location was great.

The room was OK. The fact that it was so far away from the main hotel is something that should be made very clear before you offer.

It was 2 blocks away from the main hotel that had all the resort amenities they charged you for. Amd if you wanted to enjoy the pool or the restaurant you had to call the front desk and request a golf cart to come get you!

I liked the location, Keurig machine, robes.

Iron but no ironing board, musty smell in room, ac adequate but old school wall unit behind a boarded up slated wall.

It was clean and close walking distance to a lot of things in the area!

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Quiet and safe.

I had to drive to the main hotel and lobby. They only had one person working the front desk and the line waiting to check in was long and took long time. They did not refill the decaf coffee pot. Staff was not attentive.

La atencion en el lobby con el señor q me atendio malisima, nos dieron el cuarto 1:30 despues de que llegamos, el señor hizo como que consultaba con la housekeeping sobre el cuarto, y solo decia q aun no estaba listo. Llegue 1 hora antes de la hora de entrega de habitacion, quiere decir q espere 2:30 por la habitacion. Creo que el pudo avisar a la housekeepin que dicha habitacion se iba a necesitar para que se pudiera entregar a la hora del check in. No le vi intencion sincera por ayudarme. Un muchacho gordito de ojos claros. Que por cierto ninguno porta nombre.
