bed mattress too soft. air from the AC is too strong in freon, so, did not have a good night sleep.

The location was great, but the view wasn’t.

The photos showed a bathroom with the sink inside but our sink was in the entrance area which made it difficult to use the restroom at night without waking our kids. The restroom shown looked nothing like the photos. While it was decently clean, it was deceptive. There was a slight smell in the room as well.

The room was renovated in 2020 so I have no qualms about that. Just know that it is two blocks away from the main hotel, overlooking a park which is closed down and under construction, and one block from the train tracks. You will hear the trains very loudly! I would spring for the main hotel at Mar Monte. You get to use all of their facilities but that train noise was too much for us. We had to move into the main building

, And you get all the amenities from the Upscale Marmont hotel next-door. Free parking free bikes and the best location right across the street from the beach.

We spent one night at the Palmoro house. The lights in the bathroom and sink area went out Sunday afternoon, and we called the front desk. They did not answer, and did not respond to the vm. We walked to the front desk at Mar Monte because we could not get the golf cart to get us. The lights came back on, but the next morning the lights went out again. Also, you can only watch the TV if you cast from your own device but the WiFi was too weak to successfully watch. The staff was great but stretched too thin. We did like access to the amenities at Mar Monte, but to get out of Palmoro house parking you had to get out of your car to press a button too far from the car. However the price was right, and the location close to the beach is excellent.

We liked the cleanliness and size of the room. The bed was very comfy and location was close to the beach.

Better water pressure in the shower would've been nice.

The AC noise super loud unable to sleep, and that I had to walk 5 min to the pool.
