It’s was in a good spot and Manager was great she went out her way to make our stay awesome cause I Reservation was jacked up. Her employee was very disrespectful to her own manager while she was messing up our reservation badly and our wait was over an hour. But the manager ask her if she could help her She was rude to her manager telling her she have it let her do it.. when she real didn’t cause we we’re going threw this a whole hour.. 🙄. Til she couldn’t do it she finally step back and was rude to her manager as she was trying to help her.. But the manager apologized overly and made our stay great

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Virginia Beach. I would especially like to recognize Cherry at the front desk. They were very friendly, helpful and truly a pleasure to interact with. Their warm and professional service really enhanced my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. Top-notch service all round.
