"Charming & comfortable accommodations in Old Quebec City"

The location in Old Quebec City is outstanding. The building is charming and the rooms are very comfortable. Sandrine at the front desk was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Jessica was an amazing waitress at La Buchette which is a great restaurant/bar attached to the hotel.

The staff were all quite friendly. There was an issue with the television, but it was able to be addressed promptly. The room itself was quaint and met my needs.

The digital key definitely made it easy to have a later check-in however in the middle of the trip, there was a mixup with the room key, so I was thankful that it was during normal operating hours, where onsite staff could help me.

Auberge place in old quebec is an awesome, awesome place. The location is one of the best for the price. Charles and staff are awesome and they go above and beyond to take care of all your needs and make you feel at home. Thank you guys for everything you did. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK..
