"Great place; so different than your typical hotel!"

Evan was wonderful and the house was so unique and filled with so much history and character. Breakfasts are amazing (thank you, Evan!) and he really takes care to make what each guest wants. Such a great location - close to EVERYTHING! Also the price was really reasonable. Such a fun time!

It was a beautiful place. And breakfast was excellant

For us a few inconveniences as we age. -- private bathroom but it was across the hall. -- stairs to much to climb. (not sure if I didn't catch that in the ad'

"A unique property kept alive wonderfully by chef and host, Evan."

Evan's hospitality was genuine and warm. He loves his house and it's history. He cooked for everyone in the house and took great enjoyment from doing so. The house and its contents were fascinating to sit, relax and appreciate. Lovely environment!

Mattress was adequate, not fantastic.

"Nice idea but it needs a deep clean ."

The host is delightful and clearly loves the property . The location is ok but it requires a car to get to Mystix

It’s extremely cluttered and that makes it very difficult to keep it clean. It needs a thorough overall and a deep clean .

The host made us feel so welcome and was so accomodating! Amazing history of the home. The breakfast was exceptional. We were in the area attending a wedding. The bride and groom stayed there, too as well as another couple. We all enjoyed an amazing breakfast together as if we were at a friends home. Would definitely book here again

Evan is a fantastic host. Very personable. We appreciated his sharing of the history of the home and its furnishings along with background on his family. Breakfast was amazing with an extra special treat of prime rib for Easter weekend.
