The University Inn at Emory

Decor a little dated, but the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very welcome. Staff was very nice. Within walking distance to Emory Village retailers/restaurant and to CDC (in Atlanta for a conference).

Comfortable bed, spacious room. While everything worked, lots trim and appliances are rusting. Poorly lit. Toilet wasn't bolted properly to the floor. There were little black flies in my room. Called for a technician to fix the toilet, they never came. Would not return.

It’s not fancy but is a nice, clean motel with friendly and professional staff. Value was good although we would have liked more breakfast options. It was quiet on the third floor. Great proximity to Emory campus and parking.

Nice rooms but they could use some updating. There were a lot of places in the wall that had just been painted over instead of replaced and I found several pieces of furniture that were in need of repair. The front desk person or person were very helpful and very kind. They did a nice job. Wish there was a way there could be some kind of ice machine on the bottom floor instead of having to go all the way up to the office to get ice because my husband is handicapped and this made it difficult. If needed, maybe someone could deliver some ice if we call the front desk thanks for listening and we will be back soon for my husband has to return to Emery for another procedure.

Clean and nice room..was very quiet. Had everything we needed. We had two rooms as my sister and brother in law were there also as I was having robotic heart bypass surgery at Emory. All the people there at the hospital were very nice as well as those in the motel.

This is our go to place when we visit our family in Atlanta. We’ve stayed a day or two and as long as a week. Depending on the room some need updating while others seem to have received a refresher. But they are always very clean. The breakfast I’d great for on the go with a variety of choices. Tea and coffee are available all day and it’s nice to come back after a long day to a cup of tea. The staff is polite and friendly. It’s a good value.
