Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

We had a fantastic stay at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort. The location was exceptional- right next to the palm beach downtown area night life but just down the street so you have some peace and quiet and the beach access was calmer, more tranquil. Our room was freshly updated and beautiful ! The views were amazing every morning. The resort is exceptionally clean, and all of the staff were friendly. The grounds had onsite bbq grills and kitchens in case you wanted to eat a few meals at home, which we did everyday. The pool was super clean and refreshing and the hot tub was hot. There were a few onsight restaurants, which we didn’t utilize but very nice to have. The beach front access was perfect for many days lounging on the beach. We never had any problem getting a palapa and chairs at the beach. Such a fantastic property in Aruba and we will definitely be staying again..

Occasionally the elevator would run slow or go down to one, instead of two but that didn’t really hinder our stay

We brought friends and family back to Divi Phoenix for another lovely vacation. The remodel of the facility has been a big hit (for us). We enjoyed the beach with Julio manning the palapa’s and chairs (go Julio!) and Shaq in Pure Beach, always ready with another Chill or Balashi. We had great housekeeping service from Sylvane Martin who was very attentive and wanted to assist with whatever room needs we had and Adrianne at the concierge desk booked all of our restaurants and activities with a smile and a laugh. Thank you for another fantastic visit.

Divi Phoenix in Aruba is our home away from home. The staff is so welcoming and warm and friendly. The atmosphere is just FUN and so RELAXING. From the time you step foot on the grounds you feel like you're home, whether it's your first trip or your 50th trip, everyone makes you feel so comfortable. All rooms have an awesome view of the ocean or pools and at night the sunsets are something you've never seen before. All I can say is Great Experiences all around!

Everyone at the phoenix is beyond welcoming. Especially bartender Dino, Estrella, and Dani! They all especially make you feel like their own family and is one of the many reasons why we constantly chose the Divi over and over again

My husband and I have been coming to Aruba for 27 years. The staff at Divi Aruba Phoenix are wonderful. From the taxi cab ride to the resort. Our staff at Pure beach restaurant (the whole staff). To the towel stand (Saundra) As well as (Gloria) you ALL make us feel like family! Let's not forget Julio for making sure our Polopas are set up for us every morning!! See you all Soon!

Great location, beautiful beach, clean pools, clean rooms, fantastic staff. Three restaurants on location, PureOcean, PureBeach and WaveShack. Jay is awesome behind the bars. Easy walking distance to the area known as the Strip that has shops & restaurants, Bugaloes restaurant that is on the pier at beach and other beach excursions. Close to Super Foods, if you want to shop for food to cook in your room.

This is such a beautiful place to go. Rooms are exquisite and the staff is amazing. I want to point of 3 very amazing people there. Sandra who is a beautiful soul and an asset to the company and gave me fresh towels daily. Jay Ar at the Bar who is beyond the best with drinks, personality & making you feel very welcomed. Michelle at concierge desk who made reservations for us and was very kind and funny. Best Location as well.

Our vacation at Divi Phoenix was amazing! The staff is outstanding-- kind, attentive, fun-- providing high quality service in every area from towels, beach, and pool, food and drink, concierge and front desk, outstanding housekeeping. The location is perfect-- near one end of Palm Beach with a quiet beachside walk with endless resorts, restaurants, bars, food stands and easy access to the beach and docks. We had a great time and look forward to returning!

My beautiful wife Cheryl and I had an incredible week at the Divi Aruba Phoenix. Just to name a few of the amazing resort staff begins with Julio (Beach & Pool Attendant) who makes everyone feel right at home. Then there is Sandra Mora (Towel Desk Attendant) who is kind, sweet, and very friendly as well as Bethelie Peter (Pure Deli) who always greets you every morning with a smile and friendly hello. Last, but not least is Oscar (Pure Ocean Restaurant Waiter) who was simply a pleasure to meet while we dined with our toes in the sand right on the beach. We just can’t say enough great things about Divi Phoenix Resort itself and the wonderful staff that makes our vacation experience so memorable.
