Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

Love love the divi!! Have been 3 times and gets better everytime, Sandra at the towel stand is the sweetest most amazing person and we also love the bartender RJ!! Will be back soon!!! 10/10 recommend

The Divi could be well above average but front management just won’t let it. I booked four rooms and couldn’t even get an 11:00 AM check out. I understand the room is booked and I understand island time that no one is in a hurry, but every other hotel in the world has 11:00 AM checkout . The two rooms that could get a noon checkout were charged $100 each. Things must be tight for Divi. I’m sure there will be multiple excuses.

It’s already too crowded so go somewhere else.

This is our third time staying here and it gets better every time. The renovations are incredible. Having a kitchen net is very helpful. think it's the most beautiful part of the island. Not far from the heart of everything but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The staff is incredible. We love the folks at the towel station (thank you Sandra!), The deli, the front desk, concierge… Everywhere. The staff is so friendly and kind. This is our paradise Our favorite place on earth.

Perfection a/k/a Divi Phoenix Beach Resort. Everything associated with our recent two week stay was simply perfect. The staff assembled there was always on top of their game. Check in was without a hiccup…when line got a little backed up even the Rooms Division Manager (Hansel Pineda) jumped behind the counter to help out. No job is too low for managers to lend a hand. A fantastic addition is the ability for Divi to notify guests their rooms are ready via iPhone text message and /or email (goodbye to those antiquated beepers that rarely worked!). Speaking of rooms … housekeeping continues to do a great job with its cleaning and getting the room ready for occupancy. Even as we were getting ready to move in Chido Geerman, Director Of Housekeeping, stopped in for a final check. Management leaves no stone unturned. A great addition to the Divi team is Jaydien Geerman to the Activities Department. She is energetic, well spoken and extremely affable. Loved watching her positive interaction with Divi guests. The beach is pristine … the team is the most dedicated I’ve seen at any resort. Never have I seen anywhere a supervisor do the manual stuff like putting the chairs and lounges out except at Divi Phoenix — Joel Altuve Fossi was always there to help his team. And speaking of team … Ariel Ramirez and Julio Caesar Rodriguez continue to always assist guests. They’re two of the best! On the poolside newcomer Leo Aguado Machin is a very welcome addition…he couldn’t do enough! Can’t go on the beach without a towel or two and veteran towel hut attendant Sandra Mora and Jean Paul Lucky have new towels ready for use as soon as you approach. They are always ready with a genuine smile. Wave Shack has proven to be a great addition. Food, whether a hamburger or pizza, is great and you’re ably served when Daniel is there and Andres Navarro Tapias, a most pleasant guy who always offers a great ear-to-ear smile and a sincere greeting. PureBeach has really upped its food game! One thing that’s stayed extremely steady is the table service by Rizqua Salie. Not only is Rizqua very efficient but also charming and enchanting. Overall … if I owned Divi Phoenix Beach Resort I would keep everything and everybody status quo! A great visit.

From the moment we arrived at the Divi Phoenix Resort, our experience was nothing short of excellent. We were traveling with a friend who has mobility challenges and uses a scooter, so accessibility was a top priority for us. The front desk team immediately put us at ease—they were able to accommodate our request for ground‑floor rooms and even placed us close together in the villas, which made everything so much easier. My friend was thrilled with how effortless it was to get around the resort. The pathways, layout, and overall accessibility truly made a difference in his comfort and enjoyment. A special thank‑you goes to Joel Fossi, who went above and beyond for us. He arranged a perfect spot on the beach where my friend could drive his scooter right onto the sand in the accessible area. This thoughtful gesture allowed him to fully enjoy the beach experience, something that isn’t always possible at other resorts. We were incredibly grateful for Joel’s kindness, attention, and genuine care. Overall, our stay was relaxing, accommodating, and memorable. We would highly recommend the Divi Phoenix Resort—especially for anyone needing accessible options—because the staff truly understands how to make every guest feel welcome.

My husband and I have been to Aruba several times and always stayed on Eagle Beach. This year we stayed at the Divi Phoenix on Palm Beach and it was our favorite place so far! We will definitely return!!

The Divi Phoenix is a great location with plenty to do within walking distance. Clean resort that has gone through a recent renovations. The staff is extremely friendly, three on site restaurants, two pools, beach huts, exercise facility, and location, location, location. You won't be disappointed with this resort. We have been going to this resort for years.

The beach attendants Such as Joel and Julio are so helpful and caring in everyday ! They helped me and others with consistent care making our beach experience truly pleasant . Also Sandra and other towel beach attendants were always helpful and daily gave us fresh and often warm beach towels. Thank you all for your consistent Caring and welcome attitude. Dyhanna
