We come to Divi Phoenix most every year as we are Platinum Members. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place as it’s “boutique-y” and not like the ‘compounds’ in the high rise area. Every morning I am greeted with the nicest beach attendant, Julio, who has been there for years and always remembers us.😊 He gets the beach chairs for you and is always helpful. The other attendants are also so helpful. There was more seaweed this year but they cleaned it up every morning. First time we’ve ever seen seaweed here, TBH. The other resort folks keep the place looking really nice too. We look forward to this trip every year!

Amazing experience never want to say anywhere else

Wonderful stay at the Divi Phoenix. Beach is beautiful and Julio made it extra special every day with his attention to detail and making sure I had my chairs and palapa when he saw me. Can’t wait until my next visit.

We go every year with a group of friends who all love it there. When going to Aruba, Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort is the place to go!

We have been visiting Divi Phoenix for many, many years. It feels like home when we visit Aruba. The staff, especially Sandra Mora at the Towel Shack & Julio with the Beach/Chair crew, are friendly & helpful. Our unit is near the Towel shack so we visit with them daily. We try to stop and say hi whenever we are in Aruba if we are not staying there. We have another unit at a different resort and they do not have the same level of employee helpfulness that we find at Divi. Home away from home. We love it there.

Great location and pools were nice

Rooms smelled like mold or mildew. We changed rooms and the new room was the same.

Been going to the Divi Pheonix for 5 years now. Love the resort and all it has to offer. The beach, the pools, hot tubs, the restaurants, and the daily activities they offer for the guest, are the reasons we keep coming back. The rooms have all been renovated and are spacious, clean and accommodating. It's not as busy and loud as some of the other hotels in the high rise area. The staff are all so very friendly and welcoming and helpful. We would like to give an extra special shoutout to some of the staff that we have had the opportunity to work with; Rubert, Lisa, Jay, Milton, Jesus, Adrianna, Julio, Saundra and Terrance.

Lucky Jean Paul was wonderful!!! So helpful and friendly. This vacation was amazing. I would definitely book here again.
