Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

Joel Julio and Ariel made us smile every day on the beach. They are the true Aruba positivity that everyone looks for on vacation!

This is our 3rd time here & we just love it! It is so beautiful & everyone is so friendly. A special shout out to Saudra Wora(towel), Sara Monsale, & Jesus Caraballo for making our trip extra nice. They were so pleasant & went above and beyond to assist us. We can't wait to come back!

As always we had a great trip to the Divi Phoenix! Shoutouts to Sandra at the towel station: she always has a smile and clean towel for us every morning! Julio is the best beach guy: always a smile as well and tends to us each day with chairs under the palapa! Andres and Dino at the bar at Pure Beach and Wave Shack: they are fantastic! This is our 3 rd year coming here. The place is beautiful & the people are so nice. A special shout out to our server Sara who was really nice. She would say you happy me hapy. And she meant it. And to our concierge Jesus who helped us with many things: accommodations & trips etc. They made this vacation extra special. We just love it here! Can't wait to come back!

Amazing Resort. You won't be disappointed. Everything you need for your perfect vacation. Staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful and memorable stay. Food was really good. I do have to mention that food, no matter where you purchase it, is expensive. Just be prepared to spend a lot of money on food. Everything on the island is imported. I also appreciated the fact that taxi cabs are regulated. Price is reasonable. We took a cab every where. Overall a wonderful experience.

An excellent experience! They get a perfect 10! Especially the housekeeper Carina Prieto. She even cleaned the dished off of the counter and ran the dishwasher on Tuesday.

My wife and I have been at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach resort a few times and the experience has always been fantastic. The Phoenix provides an ideal balance of beach relaxation, very good dining and excellent service from all the friendly staff. The rooms were very clean, large, quiet, comfortable and included modern furnishings. The Phoenix resort is also very well situated on the island so that local stores, entertainment and sites are within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Aruba is one happy island and the guests staying at the Phoenix resort are even happier!

All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Shout out to the housekeeeping staff who always bob the extra mile including their supervisor. Front desk and concierge teams are great too. I want to acknowledge Sandra at the towel hut who always makes us feel like family when we visit annually. She always has a smile and warm greeting for all. She is an excellent ambassador for The DIVI Phoenix Beach Resort!!

Sandra Mora at the towel hut always has a smile and kind word each day I see her. She shows pride in serving guest and is always helpful. I look forward to seeing Sandra on each visit to the resort. She always has a hug for me and a true gift to her guest and to the resort.
