Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

It's not like a vacation, it's like going home to paradise. Facilities are first class. The beach is awesome. The staff from the general manager to the housekeeping staff works like their only concern is your comfort and enjoyment.

The property was lovely. Very friendly staff. We were 6 adults staying in a 2 bedroom penthouse. The bedrooms were lovely but the pullout couch was not so comfortable. Although there was a coffeemaker and a washing machine there was no coffee or detergent. I left a pair of sandals in the room but housekeeping didn’t find them! somebody has a nice pair of shoes!! Food st the restaurant was very good and the service was very good.

This is the second year in a row we vacationed at the Divi Phoenix. I cannot say enough about how wonderful, friendly, helpful and accommodating the staff is. I’d like to mention two in particular- first, Sandra at the beach towel hut. She is so warm and friendly and always greets you with a warm hello and big smile each and every day! I love that she called me Mama!!! The second was Ronald, who is the head bartender. The bar staff is top notch and they kept the delicious drinks flowing!!! The location of the Divi is close to a vast array of restaurants and shops so you can get your steps in by taking the short walks. Rooms are spacious and clean. The weather is always beautiful…it really is like paradise!

I joined the Divi Vacation Club last year and this was my first visit to the resort. Everything and everyone was better than I had hoped. The resort finished a major renovation last year and it is stunning and will surely stay that way because of the amazing staff. Everywhere I looked, staff members were working to keep the resort clean, beautiful and functioning like a well-oiled machine. But it is the warmth of the staff that makes the Phoenix so memorable. We were checked in at the Concierge desk by Valerie, who greeted us warmly and answered all of our initial questions easily. The pool and beach attendants, Joel, Julio and Ariel are gentlemen and goodwill ambassadors on the beach. Getting everyone set up at their palapas each morning is an arduous task, but they do it easily with many smiles, both from them and from the guests. The staff at Pure Deli, Pure Beach and Pure Ocean are top-notch. We were greeted with big smiles daily. They made a point of learning our names and our eating and drinking habits quickly, anticipating our requests. We looked forward to sharing our breakfast time with Sara, Yesseline, Cherie, Ben, Ash, and Shaq. Our bartenders Roberto, Daniel, Gio, Julie, Andres and Sandra kept us happy too. Maybe too happy? Lol. Karim and Rod treated us royally at Pure Ocean and Gino prepared delicious food at The Wave. I don’t know the names of the behind-the-scenes kitchen staff, but their food preparation was exemplary. We found ourselves eating quite a few of our meals at the resort for that reason. Last but not least, Lillian took care of our room daily. It was always spotless and inviting. I was thoroughly pleased with this first of what will be many visits at the Phoenix.

Wonderful place!! Beautiful and clean beach ! Friendly staff and the most amazing location— walkable to the Main Street with tons of restaurants, stores and night entertainment. Highly recommend 👍

Been going to Divi about 10 years now (mostly at the Phoenix)...wonderful service/support staff, food/drinks at resort were excellent and reasonably priced, room was very clean and quiet, beach and pools were clean with plenty of chairs/lounges. Overall : excellent experience

Great resort. what more can you ask for right on beach.....great pool. great views palm trees. Nice staff. need to get rid of those white seats in pool though very uncomfortable. only complaint....otherwise love it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Divi Phoenix. Staff are very friendly $ the property is well maintained. Can’t wait fir next year 😎
