Beautiful property and great customer service. The rooms are fun and tropical..make sure to keep your doors closed or bugs will make their way in! We had a great time overall.

This is such an incredible hotel. Feels like paradise! From the volcanic views, delicious food, and stunning greenery around the property I didn’t want to leave! They have a regular pool and a heated pool. The staff is incredibly warm. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Stunning location and incredible view from the suite! We sat on the patio for hours morning and evening (and night) just listening to the jungle sounds and taking in the view of the Arenal volcano, was incredible!

This hotel is AMAZING! The view and atmosphere is unbelievable. It is on a mountain so there is some climbing to do but so worth it! The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a little ways from the town so I recommend a rental car. I would stay there again!

The property and staff were absolutely amazing! The views are stunning. Dinner was so good and the upper heated pool is more like a hot tub. The spa services were equally amazing! I can’t wait to come back!

Workers were very nice. Especially the bartender. The outdoor shower to room 15 has openings in the roof where small animals could enter.

This place was stunning. Really wish we could have had more time here. The trails were beautiful. The rooms were stunning. Staff was awesome and the spa was really a unique and peaceful place. It is a walk though from place to place but the staff is happy to help with their golf carts and very accommodating. We were fine to walk but just noting for people with mobility issues. If you’re fine to use there services i still think this is a gem worth staying at.
