Love Bear Mountain, location is great.

The pull out bed was absolutely horrible. Injury took place because of springs and zero sleep was had. For a 625/night room this is unacceptable ☹️

We had what started as a difficult experience; showing up for the incorrect reservation time and restaurant. During a veru busy time the manager David Foot went above and beyond to ensure we wound uo having a positive visit. Amazing service!

Beds were comfy. Lovely grounds.

Saws and drills before 8 am in the morning on waking up. No pool access anymore. It was our wedding night, and they didn't do anything to make it special for us at all. Only offered us an upgrade looking at the parking lot with a king bed for more money... Would never recommend anyone stay there if celebrating any special occasions. Go stay at Brentwood Lodge or Oak Bay Beach Hotel instead! Also found old food sitting in our room still and no kettle for tea.

Beautiful modern hotel on the top of Bear Mountain- gorgeous views!

Not many amenities- definitely need a car. Extra $50 charge if you wanted to use the pool and activity centre.
