It is fair. You pay what you get. The room is clean and kitchen is really helpful to make something to eat easily. Full size stove and fridge are great. There is no AC here. It is not comfortable in a hot humid night.

Old motel that needs many updates but provides a good alternative for families that require space, beds and a full kitchen. Easy access from 9N.

This is a very hard review to write because our rooms (2) were VERY nice having been newly renovated. But the overall property is just beginning to be renovated and many of the rooms are not yet ready for visitors. We saw and visited one couple who were given a very old and unclean room initially but were given a full refund and cancellation upon request. The proprietors are very accommodating but communicate only through an intercom or by texting. We did not meet any staff. But all that said, the finished renovated rooms (like ours)were great.

I loved the old cottage feel and I was mesmerized by the bedroom balconies to the creek. I will definitely be coming back and will be staying longer!!
