Roberta was exceptional as well as the rest of the staff! Michael the waiter was also exceptional. Everyone was friendly the meal we had was top notch!

Even though the place was very empty we had an enjoining room with strangers and you could hear every word they said. I could even hear the guy snoring in the night.

The staff were lovely -- so welcoming and gracious. The breakfast every morning was excellent. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel and its neighborhood. It felt like a hidden retreat after enjoying all of the great offerings in and around Petoskey!

I felt the cleanliness of the room could have been better. The mattresses felt very run-down and could use replacing. It's a historic hotel so I know space is limited, but the small shower stall with old fixtures was cramped and difficult to use.
