Altstadt Hotel Magic Luzern

Room was comfortable and clean. We loved the Jacuzzi. Hotel was close to every we wanted to visit

Front desk Clerk RUDE acted irritated to help me Check in and explain how to get to my room, that was detached from the Hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Altstadt Magic in Luzern. The hotel is right in the heart of old town and less than a 10 minute walk to anything you would want to see. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially Ekaterina who helped us to get our lost luggage from the airline. She was very communicative throughout the process. The room itself had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains

Great convenient location. H see vé to to main Hotel Krone for check-in, do not go direct to hotel Magic.

Room without a view. The roof is so slanting that most of the time you have to crouch and crawl. Very poor internet and WiFi signals.

Nice everything

The Symphony room was close to restaurants, the river, shopping, etc. Unfortunately the room is above a restaurant so it frequently smelled of onions. Lack of air con means opening the window allowing the staff smoking area air to waft in. Beds were fine. Room did have refrigerator. No other amenities.

Hard to find the hotel that we were staying in. Check in was at another hotel.

Check in was bad, gust have to go to different hotel to check in and checkout. Not water pot in the room, shower is very slow
