Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

I had a great experience over there staff is 10/10 shout out chef Chelsea over at coconut walk restaurant the great service and always wearing a smile

This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort. I admit that we were initially a little disappointed when we first arrived as the first impression did not "wow". However, we ended up loving this resort and would definitely come back! The rooms have been recently remodeled and were very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and the different pool/beach areas gave us so much variety. And the food was fantastic! Way exceeded our expectations, especially for an all-inclusive resort. Their individual restaurants were amazing and even everything that we tried from the buffet was delicious. But the best....the jerk chicken from the Jerk Tree House! We literally ate it every day for lunch. Sharnil and Harley were so much fun to talk to, engaged with us and even made sure to remember our son's name and greeted us personally when we went. Overall, loved this resort! Bang for your buck for St. Lucia makes this a definite winner!!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation at Coconut Bay! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kamal and Thomas who are great bartenders and Kermani our tour guide for the Thursday morning hike - he was awesome! We have been to many AI resorts and we all raved about the food and drinks. Rooms are updated and very clean - our housekeeper would leave thoughtful notes everyday. Lots to do if you want to. The highlight of the trip was the petting zoo -they have rescue puppies, goats, donkeys, etc. We even got to be flight parents to one of the puppies who was heading back to a foster home in the states thanks to the Bruno Project St. Lucia! Highly recommend this resort - will be back!

I ate lunch at the jerk restaurant several times throughout my week here. Two of the cooks, Sharnil and Harley, made it a great time. They learned my name and always made it fun each time I got food there.

The staff at this resort is amazing. From the time you get off the plane until the time you depart. It's clean and and very well kept up. Great food, drink and always something to do. Great time again at Cbay.

An absolutely brilliant place to stay. The staff are welcoming, so friendly and helpful if you have a problem. Our room was extremely comfortable and well supplied with all necessaries. The food was excellent, well presented and plenty of choice (including Gluten Free). For exercise, there is an excellent swimming pool and walks round the estate to the petting zoo (great for children) and to Paradise Beach, with it's excellent water sports facilities. Would certainly return and would certainly recommend.

My wife and I chose Coconut Bay for our honeymoon due to the reviews on Expedia and it did not disappoint! The food was tremendous, rather it be the buffet or one of their reserved dining experiences. All pools were clean and sanitary! Our room was cleaned promptly and on time. Staff were always greeting you with a smile and asking how to help! Nica was our favorite bartender! She knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in the room! All excursions were very safe, informative, and truly memories that’ll last us a lifetime! We would definitely vacation back at Coconut Bay!

This was our second trip to Coconut Bay in St. Lucia, and we loved it just as much as the first time. It is truly the perfect resort for families with young children. The size of the resort is just right — not too small and not too big — everything is easy to get to without feeling crowded. This year we chose a first floor room instead of a balcony like we had on our previous trip, and it was perfect for traveling with kids. The easy access to our room made everything more convenient, and we were able to go in and out throughout the day without any hassle. What really makes this resort stand out is the staff. Our first experience was with Tari, who welcomed us right off the shuttle with a drink, was incredibly kind, and personally brought our bags to our room. Breakfast was always a great experience thanks to Shekina, Lovina, Elsa, and Seendy. We were traveling with my 83-year-old father-in-law who has limited mobility, and they were so attentive and accommodating to him every morning. The kids club and entertainment staff are absolutely amazing. Gillie and Akia are incredible with the kids — they keep them busy, entertained, and genuinely make it fun for them all day. The food here is also great — honestly some of the best food we’ve had at an all-inclusive resort. The lunch spot, Flip Flops, was our go-to. The kids loved all the kid-friendly options, and the staff there was wonderful, especially Starz, who always had a smile on her face. We love Coconut Bay and will definitely be back again soon.

Our family of 9 with ages ranging from 2-73 years old had a wonderful time. There was something for everyone. Kids Club for the children, water slides for the young and the young at heart and 7 pools to refresh and swim to your heart’s content. Food options to choose from, multiple activities and, of course multiple bars either both creative and the usual cocktails and mocktails for the children and those wishing to not drink alcohol. We highly recommend the King Louie! It’s a delicious chocolate banana frozen drink. Delicious!!

This was our second visit to Coconut Bay and we plan to return again. Before we list pros and cons, we need to acknowledge the amazing staff who truly are the heart of the resort and have made both of our stays so amazing! Some of the standouts for exceptional service are: Tari - the first smiling face to greet us at the airport and last to say goodbye as we left. Gabina - my amazing spa girl - the most excellent service! I can't wait to visit her again next year! Pearl - housekeeping, made our room so welcoming and kept it spotless. Gillie, Richie, Keisun - the supreme entertainment trio! Never a dull moment with these three. Made every day fun and were never without a smile on their faces! Harley and Shamil - preparing and serving the most delicious food at the Jerk Tree House. Jedi - lobby bar. Such amazing service,, always smiling and willing to whip up a special (delicious) concoction! Shekina and Starz - excellent service at the Coconut Walk and Flip Flops. The sweetest greetings, huge smiles and exceptional service. Quan, Travis, Quincy - amazing service at Coconut Walk and other restaurants too. Always smiling and helpful! Dre, Mystique, Sharm - pool bar servers extraordinaire! Tirelessly making sure everyone is hydrated and happy!! Now for the traditional review. Pros: Located less than 5 minutes from.the airport (a huge plus if you've ever stayed elsewhere in St Lucia!). The resort is older but very well maintained. The acreage is huge and everything is spread out so, even when at full capacity, it doesn't feel too busy. As we said, the staff are the heart of this resort and do absolutely everything they can to make your stay the very best it can be. Food and drink are top notch and careful attention is paid to allergies/food sensitivities. The rooms are being updated and are very comfortable. The on-site spa is amazing - highly recommend. Activities and sports are available but not pushed. The donkeys, puppies and goats!! Cons (but not really): The beach is beautiful and they do everything they can to keep the sand cleared of sargassum. However, this is the Atlantic side, so it's not crystal blue with white sand Internet service is not great but they are working to improve it. More expensive than other AIs in other countries but the value justifies the cost for us. 5-6 hour flight from Toronto - long and uncomfortable but worth it.
