Fee and concierge’s were great. We especially loved yoga and water workouts with Vernon. He is great. All staff was friendly and professional.

What a fabulous resort and Happy team Teddy. Chef Peggy cleaner Kevin bar and Richie entertainment team just for starters this was the best holiday we have ever had. Food was fantastic you can watch nearly every premiership or European football matches in the sports bar on location. Great selection of tv channels in your room also The resort is spotless they are all lovely rooms nice local beer Piton or Heineken.The resort collected us from the airport by cab 6 minutes later we arrived at Coconut Bay plenty of sun beds and umbrellas no need together up early. We will return in the future to this wonderful paradise.

I would just like to say I've traveled to many places in the Caribbean and around the world. This place by far is now definitely one of my faves ! From the moment we arrived until we left. Service, food options, restaurants, staff and entertainment!! I would highly recommend to family and friends. We were a group of 10 and everyone agreed they would come back. We did the land and sea tour with JACK SPARROW!! The tour staff Kason, Edwin and all others were so much fun! Staff at the Resort , Debbie, Melonie, Tari and so many more! We all agree that we felt like family not tourists or vacationers. Everywhere you went they smiled and asked genuinely if you were enjoying your trip. They spoke with us as if we had been friends for years. Just a total different vibe from many resorts I've been to. If your looking for a place to have great fun or just relax they have three different sections to choose from, the food ,service, and spa were top notch! Ask for Gabbi at the spa, body scrub, massage ,facial were top notch! The place was incredibly clean and very sanitary conscious . There was always enough room at one of the three large pools. Top notch alcohol labels too! Obviously like most resorts ,tips are included. I personally do tip everyone, as we know how hard they work and deserve such! SO PLEASE TIP! A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY! I am already booking my next short trip with them after Italy! Can't wait! SEE YOU SOON ST. LUCIA!!

Our stay at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa for our destination wedding with about 40 guests was nothing short of amazing. From airport pickup to departure, everything was seamless. Every staff member that we encountered gave nothing but good vibes and was extremely pleasant. My husband and I stayed on the Harmony concierge level. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were upgraded and well-stocked, and the housekeeping (especially turndown service and midday treats) was a beautiful touch. The food exceeded expectations. I specifically wanted authentic Caribbean cuisine options for my guests and not just typical all inclusive burgers and fries and the chef delivered. From bouillon to jerk chicken and saltfish, they met our expectations. A huge thank you to our designated concierge, Fee, who went above and beyond coordinating our reservations and even accommodating my bridal party for a special dinner. She was a ray of Sunshine and made it her business to always speak to me and gas me up on the wedding day. The wedding team truly made this experience exceptional. Sarai was patient, flexible, and wonderful to work with throughout planning. However, once on-site, Miss Onita and Allanah took the cake. They were incredible, words truly can’t express how much they poured into our ceremony. They brought our vision to life even better than I imagined, handled every detail, and supported me through every moment, including unexpected rain with such care and reassurance. Special thanks to Mia, the wedding coordinator manager, whose positivity and spirit left a lasting impression. I am beyond grateful to have entrusted Coconut Bay with such a meaningful moment. They didn’t just host a wedding; they created an unforgettable experience for us and our loved ones.

If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we arrived, everything about this experience was exceptional. The location alone is a dream. Located just five minutes from the airport, yet somehow completely peaceful. You’d never know planes were nearby, which makes arrival and departure incredibly easy without sacrificing tranquility (and avoiding that long, winding 1.5-hour drive to the north side of the island is a huge plus). The beach is simply stunning a full mile of pristine, soft sand and crystal-clear water (seaweed is cleaned throughout the day). Whether you’re relaxing in one of the beach cabanas, enjoying the beach bar and grill, or swaying in a hammock just steps from the ocean, every moment feels like pure escape. The food deserves its own spotlight. It is consistently outstanding, with a wide range of both local Caribbean dishes and international options. Every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite touches was fresh coconut water every morning, straight from the trees at the breakfast buffet. The rooms are beautifully updated, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, what truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff here are exceptional. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They remembered my mom and I, greeted us like family, and created a level of personal connection that is rare and deeply appreciated. The addition of the repeat guest office, offering a concierge-style experience, is another thoughtful touch that makes returning even more special. This was my third stay, and my mother’s fifth and that alone should tell you everything. We keep coming back not just for the beauty of the resort, but for the feeling it gives us. This is more than a hotel. It’s a place you return to again and again. I cannot wait to return. Shoutout to the Coconut Bay airport staff (they set the right tone for the start of the vacation) Cindy Jn Baptiste, Shakira and everyone at Coconut Walk, Gina at La Luna, Dahlia in the concierge office, Ms. Maxwell in reservations, Jerk Tree House staff. What truly makes this place special is the staff. They are the heart of the Coconut Bay experience.

Fantastic staff!!! We did have 3 that really impressed us with their friendliness. Nica in the bar was fabulous and always had a smile. Seendy in the buffet restaurant was always there to help us. Very friendly!!! Elsa in the coffee bar was amazing. Ask her for a Canadiana!! It’s a Americana but with more water. Great time!!

In December 2013, my husband and I, joined 3 other couples for our first visit to Coconut Bay! We just returned from CBay on March 21 from our 21 visit!! Previously, we have spent many vacation weeks in Punta Cana, DR and had time share in Aruba...... UNTIL we experienced Coconut Bay! We sold our timeshare and now, spend 2 weeks in December and 2 weeks in March!. Each time we visit we are overwhelmed by the personal attention and warmth of the staff, from the concierge, front desk, bartenders, servers, guest services! They ALL do their very best to make sure your vacation will be a time to remember and cherish! Specifically.... when you enter the Coconut Walk, you will be greeted by Shekina. She is a ray of sunshine as she greets everyone with a smile and welcome! We primarily spend our time at the harmony pool, where the bartenders and guest servers are fun, friendly, and make the BEST tropical drinks. Again, always a smile and happy to meet any request, no matter how strange! The bartenders at the lobby bar are fun and always attentive. Once you order a drink, they will remember it the next time and if you are consistent they will have it ready for you if they see you coming. Now for the food! Coconut Walk (buffet) AWAYS offers a huge variety of fresh delicious breads, and for breakfast, they offer an egg station where you can get made to order omelets or eggs. Another station offers made to order eggs benedict (yum) waffles and pancakes. at night they offer a pasta station where you can choose our pasta, additions and type of sauce.! The specialty restaurants are varied and just as delicious. Calabash and Veranda is a Caribbean vibe, Tratoria Italian, Silk Asian fusion! If you are looking for elegancy and special attention than The Great House at Serenity is where you want to go! Its an extra charge, but so worth every penny. The luxury and special attention to detail is very evident. The varied menu offers top beef selections, and everything is served with elegance and perfection! Another favorite (again, for an extra charge) in a private cabana overlooking the water, you can have a private romantic dinner ( you choose the menu ) with a private server and bartender, the lovely, Gina! Another favorite eating spot was Flip Flops! Casual by the Splash swim up bar! They offer fast food lunches, like chicken wings, pizza, veggie wraps, salads, nachos and popcorn! Another favorite perk is Paradise Beach, a short walk along the water and you will find The Paradise Beach Bar! There are lounges, umbrellas, hammocks over the water, and a burger shack to go along with the fabulous drinks and upbeat music to keep your vibe lively! Another fun activity is the water park, where you can glide peacefully along the Lazy River in the tubes provided, or daringly challenge the 2 water slides. I hope I gave you a glimpse into our beautiful and beloved Coconut Bay!

After returning so many times I always leave feeling like I’m leaving family behind. The staff are excellent Shekina in Coconut walk, Micheal on the harmony bar, Vernon with his warm welcoming smile,Jedi in the lobby bar plus all the others that make you feel they are genuinely interested in your day and really want to make your day perfect. The food in the hotel gets better every year and this year certainly went up a level (the only problem is it encourages you to eat more🤣😋) yes the beach is an issue with sargassum but the beach team keep fighting the battle to keep it clear it didn’t stop me I went in the sea every day. The rooms on the harmony side are very comfortable and kept clean. Until next time 😎

Lets start with the location. While it's on the Atlantic side which can be a little rough and windy, the ride from the airport to Coconut Bay was just a few minutes. For all of those staying on the other side of the island, it's an hour plus to get there. We got our bags, got into a car waiting for us, and we were checking in with in minutes. We booked a Harmony concierge room and check in was a breeze. All of our requested dinner reservations were already made for us, which was fantastic. Our room was on the fourth floor and had an amazing view. There is so much to do at this resort. We spent time at the beach and all the different pools. It was nice to rent a beach cabana for the day and we also booked a private island excursion with Jack Sparrow on the beach. There are so many bars and places to eat. My favorite places were the Paradise Beach Bar and the Jerk Tree House. The resort even has an animal shelter that we visited at least 3 different times. But, what really makes this resort special are the people. Here are a few that were truly memorable to us: -Evelyn and Lester at Veranda for the adults only breakfast -Thomas and Sharm at the Harmony Pool Bar -Jamal at the Paradise Beach Bar -Tryone and his specialty cocktail at the lobby bar -Lanel, our concierge host -Richie who was just always smiling and laughing and the epic bocce tournament -Kaison with the entertainment team and his friendliness and bountiful energy I know that there were many more people who made our stay special Thank you Coconut Bay for a wonderful stay on St Lucia
