Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

My wife and I had a terrific time at Coconut Bay. The property is well maintained, spacious, and more importantly for us, the food at the buffet and speciality restaurants greatly exceeded expectations. Although the beaches are dealing with seaweed, they did their best to clean things up, and the pools (both family and adult-only) have terrific ocean views (and breezes!). Conveniently located within five minutes of the airport (airport noise was minimal), saved us the 90-minute windy drive to the other side of the island. As if that wasn’t enough, the value cost-wise would be tough to top and the staff were tremendous. We definitely hope to be back!

Our company hosted a conference for our customers. Over 100 people attended. Coconut Bay Resort did not disappoint. The resort was AWESOME! The grounds were well kept, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The resort was close to capacity when we arrived but never felt crowded. It was a great, relaxing environment for us to host this conference and networking event. Most of the rooms were recently renovated. They were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The little notes each day were something many of us looked forward to. The meeting room we used, Bougainvillea, suited our needs. Its away from the main pools of the resort, providing a quiet area to host our meetings. The food was good! We had the opportunity to dine at Calabash, Silk and Trattoria. These a la carte restaurants offered good service and the food came quickly. The buffet restaurant was decent. There were always at least 2 fresh counters where food was prepared on the spot. The Jerk Treehouse had many options to choose from. My wife ate from them almost daily. Flip Flops grill by the swim up bar was very good too. They were open late...Gyros were amazing! The many pools were always clean. There were always lounge chairs available. The beach was decent. Coconut Bay Resort faces the Atlantic, so the water tends to be a bit rough, but Paradise Beach was still lovely and the beach was definitely swimmable. We had such a great time that we will be returning again with our children! Our resort experience both from our meeting and personal perspectives checked all the boxes! I'm sure I have forgotten something here...if I did, the review would have been great! Thank you Mia! The attention you paid to the needs of our group is much appreciated!

Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa Eau Piquant Meh 1052598941 Not as advertised. Meh. Lots of babies crying all day. WINDY all day , everyday!!!! Paradise Beach is a fraud…. It’s 1 minute away and us the SAME beach!!! windy, windy…. Did I mention it’s WINDY?! Food is meh. . Pool is UNHEATED!!! My advice…. Book lots of excursions, cause this place is not good. The beach is basically unusable. If a nice swimable beach is high on your list, book elsewhere..

I arrived on 30th December with my husband, brother and his partner. This was my brothers 2nd time here but his partners 1st time. It was our 1st New Year trip but have been here many times since 2008. I love this resort anyway and always think theres so much on offer, but New Years Eve was something else. From seeing everything take shape throughout the day, I just couldn't imagine how everything was going to happen, but I knew it would. Well I wasn't disappointed, I was thrilled with everything and all the little finishing touches. The food was magnificent and had everything on offer from Shrimp Lobster, Sushi, to the biggest joints of Lamb and Beef I have ever seen. Everything was exceptional, and as always all the staff were marvellous. The entertainment for the evening was amaxing and the dancers and the show were sometbing special, and then just when you think it could get any better the band Logix played and entertained everyone. The fireworks were something else, they were absolutely amazing and went on for about 15 minutes. I will never forget my 1st New Years eve here, and loved it so much I have booked again for 2026. My son who was watching live in the UK was so impressed he has also booked for his family. We stayed at cbay for another 4 nights and as always the food and entertainment was brilliant We enjoyed the Michael Jackson act and Caribbean night was a hut for my brother and his partner as they have never seen stars incorporated before or the stilt walkers. Ketra was our housekeeper and her towel art is something else. I have known Ketra for many years now, and she knows I love a Lemon Piton Shandy and she made sure I had some and brought me in a bag full. All the staff are amazing and really go that further mile to make sure your stay is special. The following list of names of special people who excel themselves for us everytime. Syvina, Emerley,Octavia all the concierge team, Michi, Maxwell, Tari, Mary D, all the wonderful servers and bar tenders and chefs. Mia and Paul, Ronnie and not forgetting John who I have got addicted to the best sweets ever. This place is truly amaxing in everyday, and then does little things that make it even better and keeping everything fresh. This really is my home away from home. I cant wait for my next stay.

1st class hotel. Food lovely and some meals cooked while you wait, which was lovely. Other restaurants were excellent (make sure you book early as they get fully booked up,) The hotel was constantly being cleaned, staff were all lovely and friendly. We never experienced anything other than welcoming comments and friendly smiles. Pool areas good with plenty of sunbeds, only a minor issue as you don't pick up WiFi around the pool area. Swim up bar with seating around it, handy. Bedrooms spacious and cleaned daily. We had a lovely lady who left us little notes everyday, which made me smile and wonder what her next note would say. They have a petting farm with dogs, goats, rabbits, horses, donkeys, cows. We visited every day as my granddaughter fell in love with one of the puppies there, which you could adopt but as we have 2 dogs already that wasn't possible, but they were lovely and do cute and friendly. The lazy river was just that, lazy. Play areas for the little ones and dancing at night kept the lilleun busy. Would highly recommend and would go back again if we have the chance.

We spent a week in February 2026 and had a wonderful time! I strongly recommend renting a cabana for a day. It is lovely having your own set up on the beach and devoted staff delivering lunch and drinks. Yoga by the ocean with Vernon is wonderful. Vernon also leads a really fun aqua fitness class. The Thursday morning hike is well worth doing. We loved all the restaurants but especially fond of Silk. This was our first time to Coconut Bay and we can't wait to return!

We’ve been visiting coconut bay every year since my younger son was 1 and he’s now 10! A long due review is in order. For us this resort is the perfect combination of kiteboarding, kids club , amazing restaurants, and incredibly kind and gracious staff. A huge shout out to the kite shack crew and cocoland kids club staff for making us feel like family! Linus, Stan, Jeremy, Andre, Notis, Trish, Zana thank you so much for all these years!

My wife and I stayed for seven days in the Harmony adults only area of the resort. We had a very nice room overlooking the park like area between the building and the ocean. The resort is right on the ocean and immaculately maintained. The food in the main dining is wonderful. We ate there many times, always planning to eat lightly but couldn't resist the many tasty offerings. The resort's four specialty restaurants provide excellent food and service for a pleasurable evening's night out. We lounged around the pool area most of the time but did walk down to the Paradise Beach end of the resort where there is a small Tiki bar and plenty of beach chairs in the shade. And we take a half day catamaran half day motor/sail trip to see the Pitons. They are on the western side of the island where the ocean is fairly quiet so we had smooth sailing. A key feature of the resort is it's people. Everyone was very very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the Coconut Bay Resort for a winter get away

I don’t even even know where to start from the minute, we were picked up from airport in the free shuttle and brought to the hotel. Our experience here has been nothing short of perfection! We were greeted on arrival with a welcome drink, and a cold towel, which after stepping off a plane into the heat after a 9 hour flight was a welcoming site. The staff absolutely make this hotel what it is,they are all incredibly helpful, tentative, and friendly. Bedroom The bedroom was a decent size spotlessly clean, and our cleaner Queency did an amazing job every day cleaning the room and we loved her little notes of inspiration she would leave after each visit. Pool The main pool had the best swim up bar, with seats and tables not just at the bar but dotted around the bar area, a nice way to sit in the pool while sipping on a cocktail. The bar was ran incredibly friendly bar staff who make a fantastic cocktail, my personal favorites were a coconut cloud and dirty banana! The lazy river is a nice touch also, although my child was too small for the slides it looked like the other children were enjoying them. We took part in the aqua aerobics when it was on in the other pool, which was led by the most flexible man I have ever seen in my life !!. He made the sessions a good workout, but also good fun and had one hell of a soundtrack to work out to. Food Wow wow wow …the food regardless of where you dine is good quality ,tasty well presented with plenty of choice. We dinned at several of the à la carte ( Asian, vegetarian, Caribbean & Italian) restaurants as well as the main buffet, the pool snack restaurant ( flip flops) and the jerk treehouse. The Asian. - my god the sushi was spectacular Vegetarian - never in my life have I had a tastier vegi lasagna! Caribbean - shrimp curry was tasty, big portion with a little kick! Italian - lamb shank was incredibly tasty. The meat fell off the bone. The portion was ridiculously big. I could not finish it. It was exceptional. Flip flops Fresh pizza made to order with your choice of toppings. The dough was fresh. The ingredients were tasty . They also had plenty of options such as burgers, salads, sandwiches, and chicken wings etc The jerk treehouse house - this is an absolute genius touch of detail, for a quick snack it has to be the treehouse, serving jerk chicken, pork & sausage with sides as an option. One of my favorites ( they also sell the sauces in the gift shop upstairs ) Main buffet restaurant - good choice, each evening was a different theme so you never felt like you were repeatedly eating same dishes. At lunch time still a good choice with lots of made to order dishes so you’re not just having food that’s sat in a hot plate for ages (Teddy does the best smashed burger you will have! ) Entertainment The animation team were nonstop whether they’re playing music by the pool, doing games on main stage or teaching dances in the lobby. Their efforts are very much noticed again always with a smile on their face some genuinely lovely people. We were lucky enough to be here for several nights where dinner was by the poolside with entertainment on the main stage. If you are lucky enough to be here for the ‘boots, booze and boogie’ night where dinner was a BBQ theme with a performance on main stage , I highly recommended to partake not only was the BBQ food lovely but it was accompanied with a country n western singer and band, They were incredible ! “Let’s paint” my little on loved this and we came home with 4 canvas paintings she’d done herself, Eno was at the hotel 3 days a week and she just loved it. She is only 4 but we are pretty certain this memory and moment created her first feeling of pride as she carried the paintings everywhere ( tried to take them to bed) $15 for a child lesson ( $20 for an adult) it is 100% worth it if you or your child is a little crafty and wants to take home a souvenir with memory and meaning.
