Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Coconut Bay is wonderful. The staff are the best. Their kindness, efficiency, and joy in what they do and how they treat visitors is totally genuine. The activities are abundant and so well organized and such fun. The amenities, the food, and the accommodations are also top notch. This was our second annual "girls" trip, which will be followed by #3 next year.

This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The facilities are very clean, activities for everyone and we traveled with a large group and didn’t have any problems coordinating dinners or activities. Staff and food were great!

We just got back from Coconut Bay and it certainly did not disappoint. We got a newly renovated room on the ground floor in Splash. This was our second time here and the food was still amazing. The 3 minute ride from the airport in a personal vehicle started a great 2 weeks. The staff is extremely attentive and one is always met with a smile. The AI drinks at this resort are better than most AIs. We made great friends from R.I. and watched the Brier (curling)with new found friends from Parry Sound at the Sports Bar. The trade winds were strong each day and were stronger than normal. There is no doubt we shall return!

We had a wonderful time at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort. We stayed in a Deluxe Harmony Oceanview room. It was very nice and looked to be recently remodeled. We loved the lazy river and always had lots of lounge chairs available. The buffet was very delicious. We loved the breakfast buffet and so many options. We also ate there many nights. We loved the Jerk Chicken for lunch. We ate at the Italian restaurant and also the Asian and both were great with lots of selections and everything we all had was delicious. Drinks were so good. Thomas the bartender was absolutely TOP rated by all of us and went above and beyond to make us perfect drinks. All of the maid for our rooms were really good and kept our room clean. All employees were great and seemed happy to take care of anything we wanted. We booked an Island Adventure tour and had an excellent guide named Spencer. It was probably one of the best tours we have had and we have been to many islands plus Roatan, Belize, St Thomas, St John and many others. We loved that the resort is so close to the airport as we had friends that stayed at the Royalton and they were pretty disappointed in the length of time it took to get to the resort and they also weren't impressed with the food and drinks so I think we made the best decision staying at Coconut Bay. Would definitely recomment to others!

We had a four night stay after having a day pass last year. We had an excellent refurbished Harmony ground floor room. Spacious and very clean. All staff were friendly, warm and welcoming, always happy to help. Big shout outs to Thomas at the Tiki Bar, great cocktails and atmosphere, Evelyn was a pleasure to speak to in Verandah and Shakira at the reception desk went above and beyond. Loved the beach walks and the hotel is working tirelessly to get rid of the turtle grass.

This resort exceeded our expectations. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent food and drink. Clean rooms. It's a smaller resort with a large footprint. We were adult group of travelers, but impressed with amenities for children - petting zoo, activities, splash pad, lazy river, water slides. The resort was full, but it didn't feel crowded. Several pool options - always able to find a chair. Only a few minutes from the airport.

Less than 2 miles from the airport. Beautiful resort. Rooms were very nice. Top shelf liquors. Harmony section (adults only) was relatively peaceful since no young children running around. We have been to many all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean. The food at Coconut Bay was very consistent and very good (even in the main buffet restaurant). There are several exceptional restaurants - Silk and Calabash. And there are two 5 star restaurants - The Great House and La Luna. They even have an adults only quiet breakfast at Veranda. Staff is very attentive to the guests and all of the bartenders at the many bars make great drinks. We will definitely make a return trip.

We traveled with a group of 4 couples. We truly enjoyed Coconut Bay Beach, its many pool options, the lazy river and the adult-only Harmony Bar - specifically Thomas the bartender! He worked hard and served a good drink with lots of laughs. We were very satisfied with the many restaurant options, and the buffet was decent, too. If we had one complaint it would be that the wi-fi was very spotty in our room. We did take a private tour of the island - wonderful! We also booked a sunset cruise through the resort, which was also very enjoyable. We had a great week of fun in the sun!!

This is our third visit to Coconut Bay. We absolutely love it. The resort is beautiful, the ocean is spectacular and the food is outstanding. What makes a visit to Coconut Bay special is the staff….excellent all round! We would like to especially thank Winston st the Lobby Bar, Merkii for her morning smile and delicious cappuccinos, Chard and Jessica at the delightful Trattoria, and Ima, Bertha and Shass at the lovely Silk restaurant.
