Beautiful facilities, central location, top notch service

They didn’t give us connecting rooms or even adjacent rooms despite our requests

The location could not be better for its proximity to the lake with the maximum allowable height. The view from the room at the top floor and the rooftop area outside the lounge were spectacular. The room was clean and the room size was acceptable though more spacious would be better. I didn’t expect a bidet toilet considering how old the hotel was so that was a pleasant surprise. I visited at a quieter time so the service was prompt. Food and beverage in the lounge was okay but not memorable.

We had an amazing stay here at Grand Hyatt. Check in was smooth and we were offered a late checkout. During turndown, housekeeping left a plate of small green apples. I ate all of them cause they were delicious. We checked out the fitness center and it had all the equipments we were looking for. We also wanted to check out the pool and bar but we didn’t have the time. I would definitely come back next time to check these out.
