The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent. The shopping area is less than a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of food options nearby. West Lake is just across the road, offering a beautiful view. A very convenient and enjoyable stay overall.

Laying low at the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou for a work trip here in Hangzhou. Everything is smooth and comfortable, just what you need. The real standout was the dinner I had at their restaurant tonight. Our server, Roger Wang, is a fantastic guy. He was just on it, super attentive without hovering. We never had to look for him. He’d just appear right when you need anything. Really friendly and professional. His English was excellent, which made everything easy. Thumbs up to him and the restaurant 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
