Für Gruppen, die auf beide Gebäude verteilt werden, kann das lästig sein - Das Wasser in Dusche und Waschbecken ist salzhaltig und kein Trinkwasser. - Wasser (still, Sprudel, gekühlt) kann jederzeit an der Wasserspende im Club-Bereich nachgefüllt werden, allerdings nur für My Favourite Club Mitglieder (kostenpflichtig)

- Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Geräusche vom Flur kommen ungefiltert an - Kleine, aber ärgerliche Mängel: loser Toilettenpapierhalter, wackeliger Türgriff am Balkon Materialien im Zimmer wirken nicht hochwertig und passen nicht zum Preisniveau - Liegen-Situation angespannt: Wer nicht um 8 Uhr mit Handtuch auf dem Platz ist, schaut mittags in die Röhre - Nicht alle alkoholischen Getränke sind im All-inclusive enthalten. Cocktails wie Aperol Spritz oder Passion Fruit Martini müssen separat bezahlt werden. Die Auswahl an inkludierten Getränken ist grundsätzlich aber in Ordnung.

Отдыхали с подругой в период 12-20 июня, температура была идеальная в это время для купания и прогулок, хочу отметить, что вода в нашей бухте около отеля прохладнее, чем в северной части острова. Нас встретили с бокалом игристого, заселили раньше, чем положено и помогли занести вещи в номер. Комната небольшая, но этот вид из балкона просто великолепный. В номере нас ожидала бутылка воды, чай, кофе, в ванной комнате итальянская косметика (шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло). Уборка в номере каждый день. Интерьер гостиницы хороший, проходя мимо хола было приятно смотреть. Интернет в нашем номере работал отлично, мы жили во втором корпусе на первом этаже над ресторанами. Видели отдельные лаунж зоны и бассейн для тех кто купил путевку My favourite club, выглядело симпатично, думаю стоит взять эту опцию. Ужины были неплохие, всегда выбор морепродуктов и мяса, завтраки нам не понравились. Напитки вечером платные, впрочем как и везде в Европе. Так же была опция бесплатно покушать 2 раза в сети ресторанов a la carte от гостиницы, но для этого надо бронировать через приложение и места практически невозможно словить, все занято. Нам удалось забронировать место в итальянском ресторане, но еда в столовой лучше, если честно, возможно потому что мы заказали стейки.. Бассейном мы не пользовались, потому что предпочитаем море, да и мест на лежаках не было почти никогда, надо занимать место рано утром. На пляже есть 5 лежаков от отеля, а так же платная зона с лежаками 16.5 евро за 2 лежака + зонтик. Всегда можно лечь на свою подстилку, места были. Важный момент, что пляж общий и туда так же приезжают люди с детьми, поэтому если вы рассчитываете на отдых на пляже без детей - такого не будет, детей много. В округе делать нечего, нормальных ресторанов или достопримечательностей, кроме как самой бухты нет, поэтому обязательно надо брать авто, что мы собственно и сделали для исследования всего острова.

- Тапочки в номере очень нужны, некомфортно ходить - Вода в кране соленая, нужно поставить фильтр или как-то решить этот вопрос - Мало лежаков на пляже - Еда в отеле не очень -Плохая шумоизоляция

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great facilities, beach right on your doorstep

The shower and tap water tasted like sea water. The shower gel and shampoo etc smelt absolutely disgusting, bring your own!

We stayed at AluaSoul Mallorca for a week and unfortunately our experience was very mixed. On our first night, we arrived late and immediately noticed a strong damp smell in our room. We called reception and were advised to come back in the morning, however the smell was so overpowering that my partner and I simply could not stay there any longer. I was concerned it would make me feel unwell. We went back to reception and were offered another room. We were driven to a different building, only to find the second room had exactly the same damp issue. We then had to return to the main building for a third room, which was finally acceptable. The manager on duty at the time came across as quite short and frustrated, which made us feel uncomfortable about raising further concerns. We accepted the third room despite it being on the first floor, as we had specifically requested a higher floor when booking. We did appreciate the gesture of a bottle of cava delivered the following day to apologise for the inconvenience. The pool area was pleasant enough, but it could definitely be cleaner. The public toilets around the pool were not kept to a standard I felt comfortable using. We stayed half board and purchased drinks with our meals, which were reasonably priced and enjoyable. However, the restaurant food was disappointing. It lacked some basic options, such as chicken breast, and much of the food was quite bland. I was also surprised to see several peanut-themed desserts being served in an open buffet environment, as this could be a concern for guests with severe nut allergies due to the risk of cross-contact. The staff working at the bar and the cleaners were all friendly and hardworking. However, it felt as though the housekeeping team did not have the right products or resources to maintain the rooms properly, which is not a reflection on them personally. Another issue we noticed was the water. It was very salty and left our skin feeling dry and tight after showering. We understand this may be due to the local water supply and the high mineral content or use of desalinated seawater in Mallorca, however it was still an uncomfortable part of our stay. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the bathroom and bedroom. We had to wear flip-flops at all times inside the room because our feet would become covered in dirt from the floors. The bathroom particularly did not reflect a 4-star hotel standard. The extractor fan appeared ineffective, with peeling paint on the ceiling suggesting ongoing moisture problems. The mirror looked cheap and worn, metal fixtures such as the bin and toilet brush were rusting, and the grout and sealant were heavily stained with grime and dirt. The location is one of the stronger points of this hotel. The nearby beaches are beautiful and there are lovely restaurants and places to walk around close by. Overall, while there were positives such as the friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks and the surrounding area, the cleanliness, maintenance issues and initial room problems meant this did not meet our expectations of a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, despite enjoying the local area, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Just come back from a weeks holiday. Reception team amazing. Room clean and modern. Pool areas clean. The one thing that let the holiday down was the food. It was very bland, no flavour to most dishes. We were AI which meant we could go to the three different restaurants on site over 3 nights which were all excellent but the main restaurant was extremely disappointing.

Lovely hotel spread across two buildings on either side of the inlet, with a fantastic sheltered public beach. We stayed in the My Favourite Club section in Building 2. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Most rooms have a balcony, but the solid wall surrounding them means you can't fully appreciate the stunning inlet views while seated, which was a little disappointing. Our biggest frustration was the behaviour of some guests who were "reserving" the couples' sunbeds very early in the morning (as early as 5:45am) before returning to bed. In some cases, they didn't come back until 11am or later. While guests arriving around 8am could still usually find a sunbed, it was frustrating to see so many reserved beds sitting unused for hours while others were looking for somewhere to relax. Overall, it's a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, with excellent staff and great facilities.

We stayed at the Alu Sol in Ibiza last year and loved it so wanted to stay at the same hotel chain again and it didn’t disappoint!! Every single thing about the hotel has been perfect, the room has been spotless and cleaned everyday, the food has been delicious and the staff have been brilliant! Nothing has been to much trouble for them and they have been amazing. The pool, the beach, the restaurants have all been brilliant. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel and the Alu Sol chain anymore! We had a lovely time

5 stars ! Very tasty food , amazing views of the sea and fantastic service from Felix and his team. They made our Birthday very special :)
