Waikoloa Colony Villas

The condo was great! Very clean and comfortable. There were enough pans and dishes to eat in when we wanted to. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas, and other accessories to make our vacation easy! The only complaint was low water pressure in the shower if anyone else was using water.

We got in late after the reception building was closed for check in but they left our keys to the condo in a lock box outside so it was easy to get in with no hassle. The grounds are perfectly manicured and the community is gated. The condos have everything you need for a great stay! A full kitchen with anything you might need for cooking meals, washer/dryer, beach mats and towels, the king size bed was very comfortable. There is also a DVD rental station in the reception building and you can rent 2 DVD's a night. The only complaint I have about the condo itself is the towels are awful, feels like you're drying off with sandpaper. The pool is gorgeous, it's a saltwater pool, and a huge spa that seats 10 people with great jets. There are also a lot of beautiful birds that are on the property. The condos are a very short drive to Queen's Marketplace (which closes at 11pm) that carries just about anything you might need without having to drive into Kona. Gas is also close by. There is a public beach as well. Really cannot say anything bad about this place besides the towels, our stay was amazing and we'd go back and stay there again for sure!

the place is spacious but need update and more cleaning. They come to pick up the trash and replace your towel everyday but only vacuum when we asked for it. They have rice cooker and cooking utilities as well as ice chest (convenient to have but it was dirty). staff are only there from 8am-6pm. They have a drive way so it was very convenient to load things. If you're looking for convenience, then this place is for you. If you want more update and clean, then you should go somewhere else

It is a condo afterall. Service can't be compared to regular hotel services. Maid service happens every other day. Nobody in the front desk after 6pm.

We had a great experience at the Waikoloa Colony Villas! It was a great property! We had everything we needed and were close to the pool! The only downside was that we were quite far from the Main pool and lobby, where we had to pick up the newspaper daily.

The condo was very comfortable and up-to-date. The pool was great, the grounds around the condo development were beautiful. This was a really quiet place to relax and we very much enjoyed it. The only thing we could complain about was the cleaning staff sometimes took the pool towels and did not return them, which was remedied immediately with a quick phone call.

Beautiful condo. Very spacious and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

Though we arrived late and only spend couple hours at this villa, we enjoyed the atmosphere and facilities very much.

We booked a one bedroom condo and got a two bedroom, two bath unit. It was a great layout if we had two more people. We were next to the fairway and enjoyed our view everyday. The unit was private, which we liked very much and the kitchen was great. The only draw back for us was the location of the BBQ, you had to walk a bit to get to them. We had a very nice stay.

even with family of 4 - even with the kitchen and 3 bedrooms - we had a better experience at hilton grand vacation across the street - we stayed an extra night at hilton hotel 1 room and decided we would have been better off with a hotel room as the low quality kitchen equipment, pans, and beds, and pillows, and tv made it not comfortable - the units are individually owned and we got a very very cheap owner 605
