The Royal Hotel Hull

Overall very good. Good service, good food, nice clean room, well kept housekeeping. Only, and very minor, issue was that the lounge tables were a bit too high for the chairs, so eating my breakfast was a little awkward. Pancakes made up for it though!

The property was old but kept in a good, clean condition which gave it character.

The WIFI was not free ......only 20 minutes free alone you getting and they had say free WIFI

It was a very small room with what I would class as a 3/4 bed. Shower was very good though. Overall ok for a stop over. 20 mins free WiFi woopee!

Decent value for money and a clean satisfactory room. Nothing special but it did the job. Our only complaint would be that we didnt sleep too well becuase we were near all of the staffs quarters and they were banging around most of the night and early morning. The reception staff however were lovely and really welcomed us and helped us out on departure. Would recomend.

A little dated but a charming place to stay. For the price paid outstanding value for money.

Room 334 had a damp smell on entry, Reported to reception but weren't really bothered which disappointed me. Apart from the nice hotel great location. Regards John..

Central location. Excellent quality/price. Brought up the one issue I had about a degree of immobility of shower taps. Immediately looked into and resolved. Very friendly and professional staff. To go more upmarket it would certainly need refurbishment, but would then not get a more than adequate, centrally located hotel for such good value.

The staff at the Royal are friendly and very helpful. I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Its value for money, rooms are fairly clean
