"Comfortable stay in Kelowna"

Staff is friendly, room is clean and functional, appliance is old fashion but works well, free continental breakfast is a plus, hot hard d boiled eggs hit the spot, , staff @breakfast is very attentive. Hot tub and sauna look inviting but we didn’t have a chance to use it on our short overnight trip.

Nice big and clean room, location excellent with many shops and restaurant nearby. Spacious parking area. Very friendly staff!

The pool was closed (for a longer time, not just maintenance) which was only emailed to us after we made our (non-refundable) booking. Not sure if Booking.com or the hotel should communicate this better. But we booked specifically because there was a pool, so quite a disappointment

Location and staff

Very old room fixtures , stairs, pool was closed , I feel the price was very high for the age of the property. I do understand that you may more for single night stays ..the first room 207 was newer but we could hear the people above us so we went to 307 and it was much more dated than 207

The friendliest greeting by reception desk staff on arrival I've ever had, at any hotel, motel, Inn, hostel or Bed and breakfast I've stayed at. A little hand written note of welcome was found in my room which was a beautiful touch. Room was clean, quiet, spacious. Simple breakfast each morning was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and it is to be recommended.
