Great Wolf Lodge Sandusky

we had such an amazing time at the sandusky location! everything was very clean. the rooms were very spacious and super cute the kids loved the cabin. the staff were all so friendly and helped us every-time we needed something! absolutely cant wait to come back again, definitely a great deal for all the fun you get to have!

My daughter lovedddd this park. And everything was nice BUT u will be spending At least 1k maybe 2 for a single weekend if u do all their activities and stuff

Sandusky, Oh. The atmosphere was fun and the kids had a really good time. The rooms were comfortable. There were some repairs that were not done like, the dresser drawer was broke and sticking out. Also, one of the table legs was broken. We thought oh my, the table could come crashing down any time. And, the bubble bees outside were terrible. The room cost was not worth the value because of the neglect of repairs that needed to be done. It was clean but the service dragged. We needed an extra blanket and it took a couple of hours to get it.

We enjoyed our first experience here in Sandusky! It was clean and every one was friendly. We really enjoyed the activities that were offered, becoming a Magi, making a build-a-bear, and going to the arcade. The food was also great! The water park is top tier ! We loved the slides!

They asked me via text message the name of the child who would behaving a birthday so they could add the name to their board behind the check in counter. It was never on the board or added during the duration of our stay. Also-I had to go to front desk twice because they tried to charge me for food I got, but I had $100 In dining credits they didn’t apply. The people above us were extremely loud and we weren’t able to sleep This was my first time going and may be my last

Took my daughters’ for our second annual girls spring break/easter weekend. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. It really seemed like everyone enjoys their job there.

We normally go to Traverse City location, this time we decided to try Ohio as it is 2 hours closer to us. As a family we agreed we will take the extra 2 hour ride to traverse City, Ohio location staff wasn’t welcoming, hallways and main lobby were dirty with stuff on the floors, they also had no ventilation hott dry stale smelly air through out the entire hotel. They need new elevators COMPLETELY. they were dirty, loud and worst of all SLOW. You could hit the door closing button and still wouldn’t close for 7 min later. with all the kids doing the quests they are constantly using elevators an hitting the button they need to be updated completely. ALSO life guards at Ohio location were not as thero as the one at traverse city. They mainly were just walking back and forth blowing whistles for small things not actually looking in the water or counting at all. Next the pool a lazy river were dirty dead skin, LOTS of hair always just floating around everytime I got out I had someone’s hair wrapped around my finger or toes. Also the lazy river should NOT have 20 floats just flowing down the river empty you allow children to be floating with out one SMALL children who end up gettin pushed under the tubes the tubes are all in the way if they are not being used they should be out of the water that is a CLEAR SAFETY HAZARD. Traverse City was good about that. Also u have to keep in mind lots of people stay 3 days or sometimes even more you guys NEED a new playlist it’s the same 4 songs every night over an over. One positive thing our room was clean, but I will not be returning to this location. Pic of tubes every where below.

Everything is always above and beyond when we come here…. The rooms are always so clean and so at the pools … this was our firsts mom’s trip with the kids and everything went really smooth …. We can’t wait to come back ❤️

This was the worst hotel accommodation experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived until check-out, nothing improved. The service was extremely slow, the staff came across as unprofessional and unhelpful, and the overall experience felt disorganized. The room and facilities were not clean to an acceptable standard, especially considering the high price. For what I paid, I expected basic service and quality, but unfortunately there was none. I would not recommend this place and would strongly advise others to consider different options.
