I have stayed here before, and I am very pleased that they still maintain the same great quality customer service. We are coming back for another week in October, and we are looking forward to staying here again...

This hotel is normally rated 5 stars but the cleaniness of the floor is disappointing. The hotel staff is not polite at all and asked me to pay 2.23 dollars fee per night that I have already paid through cheapticket. Compared to other hotels, the breakfast is terrible.

Nice hotel in center but old. I want to thank Madame Rabouli in reception she is very helpful and try to make her best also Madame Iman was helpful. I want to thank the guest relation officer Nadia she was professional. Wifi was very bad??? Air condition not working and it was hot???

Horrible beds, air con not working

Stayed for 5nights, was probably 3 nights too many! Once you have seen old Fez, not a great deal else to see. The hotel looks great from the outside and very impressive inside too. The rooms are basic but with the door slamming from the other rooms throughout the night, not much sleep was had! The walls are so thin I could hear snoring from next door and also a baby crying. I didn't feel very welcomed, English is limited with the staff, brush up on your French before you visit. One very positive is that the breakfasts were amazing, great choice, hot and cold.

We needed a stay in Fes for one night, a family with one small child, four adults, two rooms and this was good for the price. Expecially enjoyed the garden and play area for children and friendly staff.

We stayed here for a week (with my wife and two year old daughter). Suffice to say that I enjoyed the best customer service I have ever experienced in Morocco. Staff will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Our room was facing the pool with a nice view over the garden. Music was played sometimes until midnight, which can be an issue for some, but it did not bother us. The play area was good and grass well maintained. They may need to fix some of the toys/slides in the park soon. Overall, we loved this place and we will be going back again next year

The hotel is ok, but the management of the hotel was unfriendly and charged hidden fees.
