Everything. No AC on the hottest day of the year and was promised by the staff it would 100% be fixed that evening only to have to stay awake all night with the door open as we had 3 young children, just to get a slight bit of reprieve from tge heat but was still unbearable. Only booked as it said it had AC when booking

The bed was cosy

Staff were quite rude, told us 0 information, hot water didn’t work for first few hours, room stank of smoke, smoking buds on balcony, water pressure was so poor

Good location, welcoming staff and plenty of parking. Decent wifi and reasonable sized bed.

Very tired and in need of updating. TV lacking regular channels. Shower was very weak. Bedside light switch was broken on one side.
