The place wasn't clean, my bedroom and bathroom was awful tbh

Outdated. Broken toilet seat, massive hole in door under the door knob, biggest one was there was no hot water for a shower and tray overflowed as the waste went uphill initially !!!

The room was comfortable once we found a way to get in without using stairs. Every floor in this hotel is up or down stairs. To get to the ground floor we had to enter through a fire exit near the room.

There was not really a floor without using stairs, which I could not manage. The photo on their site looked as though it was on ground level but, the reception was up a slope to get in to entry. They did not have a bar or restaurant so we had to go out to the town, about a mile for something to eat or drink.

It was absolutely disgusting, filthy, falling apart. The wood was rotting. I have never stayed somewhere so dirty and disgusting. Not to mention they take your credit card information!!

This hotel had double booked us. They had then told booking.com that we were a no show and then was not able to get our refund. We have now had to pay extra for another hotel and not even been able to receive a refund from the bridge house.

Nothing it was terrible we left after one night a moved to another hotel

Everything…..it was old smelt of damp and had loads of moths, dead flies and spiders in the rooms

No heating, the lady gave me 3 heaters everyone of them would work for 5 minutes, then cut off the heater in the room only blow out cold , not clean at all, and a funny smell . The bathroom floor tiles grout was mostly out out so you could easily cut your feet .Went to have a shower and no hot water and the balcony omg , the worst hotel I've ever stopped in . Avoid! Cheap for a reason .

The smell. No hot water. Shower screen broken. Something eating my neck during the night in the bed. Woke up with hives and an allergic reaction

Building was very run down cleanliness was of a very poor standard. There was no food or drink available despite being told the day before when I enquired that there was. I was told I could get a delivery but there was no cutlery or plates. There was nowhere nearby to get anything to eat apart from a garage a couple of miles away so anymore than one night away would have been a big problem
