Nothing I didn't stay the room was too small and very hot .infact I slept in my car i will be looking for a full refund .

The dingy room far too hot after a days work .couldn't get an upgrade . One small window that didn't open i could not stay there please get back to me for a full refund thank you . I would not recommend

I think the only thing we actually liked about the room was having a balcony, also the air conditioning was working which was a big plus because we stayed during the heatwave

Where do I start... I messaged the property to ask about accessing food and drink and was told there were facilities, when we arrived on Saturday evening, we needed to get ice and was told that the bar is not open and would not be open for the duration of our 2 night stay. The balcony had a big step to get outside, not clearly marked anywhere so was a bit of a trip hazard The shower head broke and we had to ask for a new one. Both myself and my partner woke up in so much pain from the lumps/springs in the bed, never have we both ached so much after a nights sleep, the bed was in such a poor condition and for myself who suffers from sciatica and chronic back pain already, this was made so much worse. We also spoke to two other couples who had recently checked in, one couple with a baby and small child had to be moved rooms due to mould, the other couple who stayed in the room adjacent to mine (exactly the same size room) who also had a child with them told us that their child had fallen down the step to get out to the patio and hurt themselves, also the balcony rail was wobbly and unsafe and there was bits of metal sticking out of their wardrobe. After speaking more to the couple next to me, I also found out that I had been significantly overcharged for my room for the 2 nights we stayed. I paid £168 for two nights, whereas the couple next door paid £99 for the same which I think is still overpriced for these rooms. You will see from my photos just how unhappy I am with this booking and feel that I should be compensated for some of my stay. The room we got was nothing like the room that was shown in the pictures on their hotel website or on Booking.com, totally misleading their guests. This hotel really did not meet expectations, will not be staying again!!

The biscuits that were complimentary and that is it.

It took staff over 30 minutes to give me access to my room. The corridors smelt of cigarette smoke, mattress' were broken, noise outside the room, staff were rude at points. I will never staff here again, and have advised everyone else to give this place a wide birth.

I didn't like nothing I had room 39 I canceled my booking horrible room too hot.id rather sleep In.my.car .canceled no.other rooms to offer. Will be seeking a full refund from.booking .com.

Nothing .I asked for a balcony room ..the room is was offered was like a cell very hot couldn't stay here after working in this hot weather all day.
