Great value for money - stayed for 1 night for a wedding at Kingswood Manor. Double room was very spacious and clean. There was a big party with band but couldn’t hear it from the room.

Mattress was so springy - a mattress topper on top would’ve really helped! Housekeeping knocking early in the morning was annoying!

Bed was comfortable

Bathroom and bedroom hadn't been cleaned properly (hairs in bath), cigarettes and cans littered all over the balcony, no soap or shower gel in the containers, difficulties checking in online and in person.

It was £38 so you get what you pay for to be fair, however the shower was cold with zero hot water. The wardrobe smelt like smoke . The website looked beautiful but it’s very fun down bar was closed I wasn’t expecting anyone on check in given the info on booking however there was someone there which who was lovely but facilities where poor. Bathroom was clean as such but poor broken and the fam on ceiling covered in cobwebs
