Adventure Inn

Great Service , Amazing Staff , and Amazing Food. The rooms were clean and Comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the atmosphere was amazing.

I had lots of decisions to make as I led a group of 20 through Costa Rica this past week, and Adventure Inn was definitely one of the best choices I made! The authentic Costa Rican hospitality that meets you at the door is felt in every corner of this beautiful building, every special touch in the spacious and comfortable rooms, and every interaction with staff! Rooms are beautiful and spotless, beds are comfortable, water is hot, restaurant staff is beyond friendly and accommodating, and the food with some of the most delicious we had all week. The free airport shuttle was timely and drivers were friendly— truly, I don’t have enough good things to say about Adventure Inn!! Special thanks to Don Jose and every single individual we encountered. We will be back.

Staff were AMAZING! The whole vibe about the place was lovely. Gorgeous little pool area. Advice from the reception staff was fair and helpful. I would stay here again for sure!!

I love this place so much that I had to write them a review. And this is the first review I have ever written. The experience was great. The staff was very friendly and polite and were fluent in English so there was not a language barrier. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I recommend staying here. I will visit again

Breakfast cannot be beat

We always stay at the Adventure Inn our first and last nights in CR. All of the staff are amazing & always accommodating. The full & free, to order breakfast is a wonderful start with a big variety of CR fruit. The Moonglow restaurant & bar keep is so welcoming, We have never had anything but a wonderful stay at the Adventure Inn & will be back soon! It’s not your standard hotel-it’s fun & quirky & very comfortable-it’s Costa Rica!

I had a great experience at Adventure Inn from making my reservation, check-in, restaurant and check-out. My room was clean and so were the lobby and pool area. Everyone was welcoming and I felt right at home. I loved the tropical atmosphere with beautiful plants and I felt safe which is important when traveling alone. The entire staff was wonderful and a special thanks to Andriana Drouilly who assisted me with my reservation and timely response to my follow-up questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We used Adventure Inn as our hub for our incoming and outbound travel days in Costa Rica, and we loved our time there. The shuttles were exceptionally efficient. The room (jacuzzi) was lovely with a great cross breeze that kept it nice and cool overnight. What we especially appreciated about Adventure Inn was the itinerary planning support we received from Loren. She was exceptional in helping us coordinate private transportation (to/from SJO to Arenal) as well as tours that were suitable for our family of young kids. She provided ongoing support throughout our time in country, and I have only wonderful things to say about the entire experience. If you are looking for a lovely local hotel for your time in SJO (or are needing additional trip planning support), I would unequivocally recommend Adventure Inn. Thank you, Loren!

Had a fantastic day at the adventure Inn. Close to the airport and not too far to get into downtown San Jose for exploring. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean. Food at the restaurant was delicious and overall had a fantastic time. I definitely would go back.
