Just avoid this place alll together. You are better off sleeping in your car. The place is so ran down they just need to knock the whole building down. The bathroom i wouldn’t take a shower without shoes! They stick and we saw roaches in our room! DONT BRING A BAG IN UNLESS U WANT NEW PETS

Very familiar with this hotel. Love the smoking balconies, although I know they advertise as non-smoking. The room did not smell of smoke. A couple of bugs seen, unfortunately. With all of the construction going on, not surprising.

There really wasn't much to like

I don't recommend this hotel. The walls in the are dirty, you can see hand smear all the dow. The bottom showed fixture was hand down. The shower head hashing and the connector was broke. This is what though, I got up 3am to use the restroom. When I can back, there 810 cockroache on the bed!!! Needless i dumped my bags, refiled them and went check. I told them what all was going. He offenð me he can give me half off the second night. My response ‐ security deposit, and full refund by close of business Monday. We will see.

It’s was construction being done to the building. Very noisy and no breakfast as it stated on the reserve

Rooms were not cleaned properly.had to switch multiple rooms due to nastiness.first shift on Saturday wasn’t pleasant at all.ask for towels to be placed in rooms.never got them til I had to walk down to front desk that night to get them.customer service is everything and it’s much needed

I arrived after driving six hours for an emergency only to find my reservation had been canceled. I booked the room at 8pm Alabama time and was not aware of the 3am check in time. My mother had been put on life support and I was trying to get to her and then they kept my money and I had to find other accommodations. The front desk clerk was no help and rude. I will never grace this hotel ever again.

Property is under a significant remodel, the finished parts are beautiful but as with any construction project, parking lot is rather busy and some of the common areas have the expected Construction stuff around.

Place is a total dump! Should not be available to stay as rooms are dirty! Staff unprofessional! Pool looks dangerous as if has not been maintained in years and the whole property is in horrible condition! Hallways wreaked of smoke and horrible odors! I wish I never rented as I did not sleep at all and my family stayed as well to take me on my trip to the airport! I say if I could give negative ratings I would!
